Very nice staffs with good recommendations of foods and site seeing around. Hot tub is small but still nice. Breakfast choice from the restaurant is limited.

This hotel is not bad

The hotel environment is very good, and there is also a massage pool for free.

I am quite satisfied with the new hotel. The room is well decorated, the bed is big, and the view is great. The bath products are also very comfortable. I also went to the western restaurant on the first floor of the hotel for dinner that night. The taste and service were good. The hotel doesn't have any other facilities, but the new decoration is very comfortable.

Not very satisfied with the design of the restroom, it is not very reasonable to use. Other things are ok.

It is very close to the center of Canmore town, and the distance to and from Banff is acceptable. The hotel is newly renovated and the environment is very good. The room is spacious and there is enough free parking at the door

Recommended, the environment is very new and clean, it is a hotel-style single room in a townhouse, and shares a kitchen and entertainment room with the youth hostel next door
