"It was a great place to stay, good location, friendly staff and beautiful views"

"I checked in a little after midnight, so there was no parking space, but the staff looked around and kindly guided me, so I was able to park well. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and it was a great location for my Banff trip. I really want to come back in the summer and see more because it's snowing."

"Great room at a great price. The location was also great, if only we had had more time and warmer weather to explore. The coffee shop looked lovely as well, but we didn't get a chance to try it because of our arrival/departure times. We were very excited about the outdoor hot tub, so we were disappointed to find it was closed upon our arrival. This happens so frequently on our trips across Canada though, so we weren't overly surprised. I have some sort of bad luck jinx when it comes to hot tubs!"

"Hotel room was clean and staff were kind The temperature of the hot tub was lukewarm and jets barely moved the water, also the shower water pressure was very poor but otherwise a good stay. We didn’t opt into dining for there for breakfast just had other plans."

"I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay."

"위치가 아주 좋고 방이 아주 깨끗하고 설치되어 있는 냉장고 쿸커, 세탁기. 등 편리하였다. 하지만 방이사 무엇보다 더 좋았다. 그리고 에어컨을 켜니 기계소리가 아주 시끄러웠고 그래서 켜고 있을 수가 없었고 창문을 열 수도 없었다. 일 층이기 때문에 창문을 열면 밖에서 방이 다 들여다 보이는 구조였다."

"LOVE the antique vibe and all the decorations were attention to details xo Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub. Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk. I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there. "

"Some rooms are not soundproof, and the room is separated from the others by a door? ? ? The voice of the next door is very clear. I felt unsatisfied when I checked in for the first time. I will not choose this hotel next time; there is parking lot."
