My son loved the water slide and game room there

On the day we arrived the room assigned to us had a leaky toilet. The front desk quickly gave us the room next door. The room was ok. I don't understand why the curtains in the room cannot fully close. We did not opt for the discounted breakfast. The location was central.

The location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. However, the facilities at room are old.

It was nice that it was in the heart of Canmore. You can walk to the supermarket and restaurants, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to the center of Banff. The hotel facilities were clean, the service was good, and the staff was friendly!

The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are relatively old and not big. When I checked in, I saw the commemorative picture of the hotel's 50th anniversary. No wonder it is old. The most difficult thing to use is the shower facilities in the bathroom. The shower room is very small, the door is not closed tightly, and the whole bathroom is wet after taking a shower. Although there is a railway outside the window, fortunately there are very few trains passing by at night. The scenery outside the window is not bad.

It is located in a place that is easy for anyone to find, and the building is unusually very long. And the coffee in the room was very good.

Even outside of Banff, accommodation is not cheap and the hotel itself is clean and tidy
