Friendly, accommodating staff that made the effort to get in touch before I arrived asking if I had any special requirements and informing us that we had been allocated a ground floor room due to having children stay. Will as a family definitely return. Thank you for your service

I stayed at the premier inn Cannock South last week as part of a work visit. I was greeted by Emily who radiated a really positive energy and friendliness to welcome me. She was very professional and helpful with any queries that I had. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the check out was nice and easy. Would stay here again and can recommend.

i booked it for my birthday, we had pre drinks at longford beefeater and off we went. i booked room online , room was clean, spacious and had a very comfy bed and bev on reception was so helpful, so friendly and she even wished me a happy birthday!

Excellent sleep. Excellent staff. Excellent stay! Beverly was brilliant! We had an excellent night's sleep and a great breakfast! Great value for money! Our kids really enjoyed their stay too. Thank you so much for an amazing stop at the Premier Inn!

We stay in a lot of premier inns and are usually very happy. On this occasion, the room smelt musty as soon as we entered. Bits of hair and dirt on surfaces and as we all have allergies, woke up sneezing. Drawer in room didn’t shut. When checking the room upon departure we found things under the bed a previous family had left behind 🤦♀️ Fed back to lovely lady on reception who was lovely.

I would like to recommend Laura for employee of the month she was so helpful and friendly, I called before arriving to ask about parking my coach in the car park and she went to have a look to see what space there was , afterwards, I said for a joke please would she iron my shirt for me for tomorrow and bless her heart she might have actually done it for me 🤣

The hotel was clean and tidy on arrival and there was no issue parking the car in tye car park. The three ladies on site Beverley, Shauna and Emily were really professional , friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. They contributed to an enjoyable stay

Comfortable, friendly, clean and easy to get to. What more do you want? Plenty loo roll, hot shower. Don't visit the beefeater next door though, it's awful. Take any other recommendation except that. Even the kids said the cots were comfortable.
