Classic hotel price with charming details. Very professional and pleasant receptionist. Spectacular breakfast. Magnificent rest of the staff.
Some but, lack of soundproofing, snoring could be heard in the adjoining room, hard shower head more typical of a 3* hotel for November, the fireplace was missed.
In any case, very high noteworthy.

Es un hotel encantador y con excelente ubicación. A nuestra llegada el personal fue muy amable y atento. El check-in fue muy rápido y nuestra habitación muy bonita. Al llegar a esta, ya estaba nuestro equipaje y el coche estacionado. Cada rincón del hotel es un detalle. La ubicación es ideal.

Santillina del Mar is a very small but scenic town. Hotel was very quaint (a plus). Rooms were roomy and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was an extra but they cooked eggs to order. Parking was ample (extra charge). I would recommend for those visiting Santillina de Mar.

Lovely old building in old town. Service was wonderful. Head room is not good in some of the rooms, but we could change on our second night.

Wat een geweldige ervaring! Een schitterend hotel met veel gevoel voor stijl opgeknapt. Uitstekende service en ongelofelijk vriendelijk personeel! Bij aankomst gevraagd naar een goed restaurant en direct werd er gebeld en een tafel gereserveerd. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en vonden het jammer dat we niet nog een nachtje konden blijven.
