Local agradável, de fácil acesso ao mar, cafe da manhã super gostoso. Pontos a melhorar: Limpeza da piscina Chuveiro Sinal da internet e Tv.

comprei pelas fotos do site.. mostrava uma mesa de sinuca oficial (nao tinha) academia os aparelhos em manutencao nao tinha, sai antes do prazo.

Nos hospedamos aqui, para participar do evento dos motociclistas Rotarianos, que está acontecendo no HOTEL ARAÇÁ, Capão da Canoa-RS. Hotel muito grande e com uma ótima estrutura, de frente para o mar, separado da praia por uma rua da orla. O hotel é antigo, mas bem cuidado. O espaço da recepção é enorme, com muitos sofás confortáveis. Atendentes simpáticos, prestativos e rápidos. Em todos os andares tem mesas para quem gosta de jogar cartas e vários sofás para descanso. Tem dois elevadores de bom tamanho, mas antigos e lentos. Talvez pela quantidade de hóspedes que atendem, os elevadores poderiam ser trocados por outros mais modernos. O hotel atende também muitos idosos. Quem não tem dificuldade de locomoção vai pelas escadas, que são bem amplas. Ficamos no quarto 307, com sacada de frente para o mar. A vista é muito bonita. No quarto tem uma cama de casal bem grande e confortável e uma de solteiro. Lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas de muito boa qualidade. Tem TV tela plana, frigobar desabastecido, ar condicionado, ventilador de teto, cobertores, armário com cabides, mesinha, bancada, cadeiras. O banheiro também grande. Chuveiro bom com ótima pressão, mas a água sai ao redor da ducha. No meio não sai agua. Necessita ser verificado. Limpeza satisfatória. Quanto a estrutura, é excelente. Restaurante grande, e servem comida bem variada e deliciosa, self service. Preço muito bom. Tem uma piscina coberta aquecida, academia… Ainda tem uma piscina grande de água normal, fechada com vidro, onde se enxerga o mar. Conta também com vários salões para eventos. Ambientes muito bons. O café da manhã excelente. Com uma variedade muito grande de opções. O estacionamento fica na frente, e é fechado. Recomendamos

Hotel antigo mas bom! Funcionários atenciosos, praia é bem tranquila! Tem piscina externa e interna aquecida! Café da manhã muito bom , comida no jantar caseira ! Tome cuidado porque tem quartos que não tem ar! Tem guarda sol e cadeira de praia mas não tem serviço !

Location in front of the beach with hotel chairs and umbrellas in the area. Swimming pool facing the sea is beautiful but the water is very cold. It has a heated pool and hot tub. Bathroom next to this pool with a very strong smell of urine. Nice room, poor hotel structure needs maintenance and better cleaning. On a day of heavy rain there are leaks in some parts of the hotel and unfortunately the connecting room 401 was flooded. Breakfast buffet has good options. Lunch is not worth it, good variety but the taste of the dishes is not pleasant.

Apesar de não ser um hotel novo, o Araçá é MUITO bem localizado, em frente ao mar. O quarto que pegamos, também de frente para o mar, estava muito limpo e com boas camas. O café da manhã muito saboroso e diversificado. Apresenta, ainda, uma ótima infraestrutura de piscinas e entretenimento.

During my stay, I had constant and ongoing issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, which seriously impacted my ability to work and communicate with my family. Every time I complained at reception, the attendants mentioned that it was normal for the Wi-Fi not to work. Furthermore, I had a less than satisfactory experience in the hotel restaurant. When I headed to the restaurant near the end of the hour, the steak was completely out of date. This caused discomfort and dissatisfaction with my meal. The lack of identification of the dishes in the restaurant made it impossible for me to know what I was eating, causing more discomfort and dissatisfaction. Finally, the chair and umbrella service was even more disappointing, it took 50 minutes for the chairs and umbrella to be delivered, even though I had booked in advance, causing significant discomfort during my stay. What really surprised me was the lack of service at the pool, there was no waiter to serve the guests, which prevented me from fully enjoying my hours at the pool and left me with a feeling of lack of care on the part of the hotel. . To make matters worse, when we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm, the room was not yet ready and we had to wait for about 1 hour for it to become available, causing delays in our plans and an unpleasant start to the stay. Good room, well located, but we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to get into the room where it was supposed to be at 2 pm and we only got in at 3:15 pm, with children it's more complicated to wait, 500 km of travel and get to the hotel where By 2pm it should have been free, coffee was never served on time, neither lunch nor dinner, for the amount I paid it should have been much better, again I won't go

The advantage of the hotel is that it is on the seafront! The Wi-Fi did not work during the entire stay. Lack of cleanliness on restaurant tables (breakfast); there were leftovers of food on the table, first thing in the morning; Green flies flying in the breakfast pastries; The fruits were not fresh, they were tasteless; There was a delay in breakfast time; Lack of cold water in the shower. The cold water fell in drops, while the hot water came out in greater quantities, meaning the shower was super hot for anyone returning from sunbathing. The bathroom facilities need urgent renovation: box, shower, crooked bathroom tap that caused a puddle of water to form on one side of the sink. The person in charge of taking the umbrella was very slow and did not do the job satisfactorily. The hotel service left a lot to be desired due to the exorbitant price charged per night. Not worth it!
