My husband and I stayed 4 nights here as part of Auswalk, walking the GSWW. Chloe ( and Jackie) were so welcoming. Chloe has been part of the place for 6 years so was the 'go to' person if any concerns ( though we had none). Our room had ample heating, the ensuite had great heat lamps and plenty of hot water , comfortable bed. The guest kitchen area had a fireplace and as Seaview Lodge was full of guests, it became a friendly place to chat with each other. Some were back for a second or third time. The view of the beach from our balcony was second to none...and we live in New Zealand so see plenty of beaches! The nearby cafe has great coffee too! It is an old building but has such warmth and character that you just relax and enjoy it all.
