Family apartment. The staff is super: patient, polite, friendly. Cleaned up. Breakfast is delicious. The coffee is delicious. The juice is delicious. The location is convenient for excursions on the red bus and walking. Shops, cafes, ATMs are all nearby.

Great for solo travellers. Not being able to park is disappointing. Breakfast was simple but edible. Toast. Juice. Eggs.

Central location, nice building, the rooms is good and bath room ok. Have a storage room to your backpack if arrived early. BUT no kitchen in the building so if you want eat move out and search a restaurant or in here. No fridge, only in reception, but is small and always full. And the stuff all of work different skill and say different: I say before I arrived need a bed the lower level becouse I have a leg injury. One say is no option becouse no left empty bed (have left 4). I ask other one I want if possible transfer me please he say no all is full. I ask the third stuff he is a gentleman, he check me and help to everything: transfer me do the best and that it he do all thing less then 3 minutes. Other 2 don't give me the answer i always know how have a space or no. And no elevator, calculate this.

This hostel meets the best European standards for hostels. It's very clean here. This applies to toilets, rooms and linen. The cabins are comfortable. Very warm (this is very important in South Africa!). Light, charging, storage of things. Excellent Wi-Fi. Nice navigation. The rooms are named by city. The idea is not original, but a win-win. The price includes breakfast. very good. Speaking of price, it's very reasonable. The staff (both Thomas and the other young man) are very friendly. They will help with advice if you contact them. In general, the atmosphere here is warm. Both literally and figuratively.

Very central location right next to Long Street’s nightlife. V&A Waterfront is a 20-ish minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Hostel is very good with all the basic amenities. Very good value for money. Private rooms are a bit expensive.

The hostel is situated in a central location in Cape Town. Entering the property you have a nice bar with pooltabel and table football. This is also the place where people can chill at the bar and lounge. The inlcuding breakfast is fine, but not very extensive and served from 07:30 to 10:00. The shower and bathrooms are very clean and work properly. Staying at the hostel for 6 nights would be enough to clean your pod at least 1 time. Unfortunetely they did not clean my pot even after asking the after the third night. Furthermore I stayed in a dorm with 20 other people which is quite a lot.

So far this is the best place to stay in Cape Town, I can call it The Ritz Carlton of hostels. Staff are extremely friendly, specially Thomas and Shameila, they always go above and beyond whenever you have a question or need help. Breakfast is excellent compare to what you pay. Beds are very comfortable. The hygiene standard is very high, even toilets are equipped with air fresheners and showers have a strong water pressure. Whenever I visit this beautiful city, this hostel will be my place.

Its a lovely, clean place, right in the city centre. I stayed here for 7 nights and felt safe. Thomas at reception was very helpful. Breakfast was just fine, had very limited options to choose from. Day trips and other tours can be arranged on a click here. Beds are clean and are made, housekeeping does their job well everyday. Wi fi works absolutely fine. Surroundings are safe and have a lot of eating options. Definitely worth it! Airport, V&A waterfront are so close. You can shop around.

I enjoyed my stay at 91 Loop. The female dorm was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff were amazing! I traveled solo, but they made sure I felt safe, gave me tips, and answered my many questions. The restaurant and lounging area is nothing but great vibes! Loved the music they played; I think I shazaamed the whole playlist. In walking distance to many restaurants and markets. I’ll stay again on my next trip to Cape Town.

The best hostel experience I've ever had. Clean and big rooms, with modest but nice decorations. Very nice location in the middle of Cape Town next to a big parking garage. Breakfast included and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've been sexually harassed by a German person when I was in my deep sleep after taking my diabetic medications at 1 AM. The (White) manager did nothing, just moved me to another room instead of kicking the person out of the premises. When I asked him the next day why you were still keeping the attacker, he became very negative about my question and said you may check out if you want. For him it was a small incident but for me it'll take forever to get rid of it.
