Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Zwar war das Zimmer selbst schön und modern eingerichtet, jedoch lag ein Fenster direkt zum Parkplatz. Ab morgens um sieben Uhr war durchgehend der Hund des Nachbarn zu hören, was die Ruhe erheblich störte. Auch abends bellte der Hund bis etwa 23 Uhr laut. Wir sprachen das Hotelpersonal darauf an, doch uns wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht ihr Problem sei, da es der Hund des Nachbarn sei. Es wurde sich weder um eine Lösung gekümmert noch wurde eine Änderung für die Zukunft in Aussicht gestellt. Im Badezimmer befand sich zudem Schimmel an der Decke, der nicht nur unschön aussah, sondern auch unangenehm roch. Auch der Pool war während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts jeden Tag schmutzig. Das Wasser war milchig und voller Dreck. Zudem schwammen zwei Enten im Pool und hinterließen dort ihren Kot. Beim Frühstück war das Personal leider sehr zurückhaltend, und die Tische wurden nur sehr schleppend abgeräumt und gereinigt. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Schön war, dass das Hotel direkten Zugang zum Strand hatte.

Located on the more relaxed side of the city, safe and sea facing with parking available for guests, Atlantic palms is just perfect. The rooms are beautiful and the service is exceptional, breakfast is great.

Gorgeous unparalleled views from the penthouse studio. Beautifully furnished, romantic, ii’s value for money. Just note that it is a self catering unit, but not furnished as such, as there were no pan, pots or any cooking tools. You probably would have to ask for it. Sadly the rest of the facility really needs care and maintenance: pool, seats, wooden deck, lights…etc. The hotel comes across a very high end property but aside from the room we had, it wasn’t it. Not in the reception we got, not in all the details.. Breakfast was disappointing and not what you would expect after spending the money on the penthouse studio. Margarine instead of butter, no fruits, plain square bread and a few things on order. Only 1 cook to make it in an open kitchen, so be ready to wait and to smell like bacon at the end of it;)

Additionally, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist guests with a smile. The room was clean and quiet and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was good and on time. Lots of fruit, vegetables, cereals, yourguts coffe, tea, variety of bread and muffins and hot menus. Soul is at Atlantic Ocean and we enjoyed the morning walks there The staff were very friendly and helpful

It was amazing, we flew in Johannesburg for a day at the beach ,and this was perfect, to bad we couldn't stay longer,the room was perfect, the area is on the beach,the view was perfect, the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was to die for.just a lovely place

Just spent a couple of relaxing days at the Soul Atlantic , beautiful area right on the beach and the views especially at sundown are amazing , all of the staff are great and the breakfast was out of this world ,lovely and relaxing place to just chill.
