Hotel Sky Cape Town Reviews

Excellent location just next to CTICC. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small for 2 people but I found it was fine for just me alone. The breakfast at 25/F was served with the stunning panoramic view of Cape Town.

Great hotel in a perfect location for my meeting. My room.was quite quirky with the bed up some stairs but I liked this. Loved the cafe bar in the lobby.

A bit disappointed that there was no daily complimentary water especially for a hotel of this rating and price. When we asked about it, we were told we could buy water at the bar. Baggage storage was good. Check in is too late (after 3:00pm), and check out is before 10:00am (not even close to a 20 hour stay). Not worth the price we paid for these hours. Most global hotels have check out at 12.00pm and you could request a late check out. Our flight was at 8:00pm. Beds too narrow and also the gap between beds and wall / big screen TV is too narrow

Location💯 Service💯 Cleanliness💯 Space in the room was limited. My brother and I were jumping over beds just to get by🤦‍♀️Another limitation was the table in the restaurant, we tried sitting at the bar area but the whole thing almost came down on me because it's unstable and not secured to the bottom marble. Great concept, very dangerous! Overall, it was good for a quick trip and the view from the pools are epic!

I enjoyed my 2 nights at the Sky Hotel, the staff members are lovely and kind. the facilities in the room are perfectly up to standard. The inspired Interior of the Hotel its so funky and fun, Loved every corner of this hotel. i got to grab Lunch and dinner, and wow the food is 10/10. defiantly returning to thank you so much Sky Hotel..

It's only a one or two-minute walk from the convention center. It's very cost-effective. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. It's also close to Long Street, Victoria Harbor and other attractions. It's the first choice for meetings at the Cape Town Convention Center! The room is clean and tidy, and you can see the table mountain. However, the location of the faucet of the wash basin is not well designed. It is too close to the edge of the basin and is not easy to use.

This is a very good hotel in a great location, very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sky. The breakfast buffet fulfills all wishes! The lunch and dinner options were also great. Price-performance ratio is definitely the same. The hotel is in a very good location to reach the waterfront on foot. Table Mountain, Lions Head, Signal Hill etc. can also be reached quickly. The staff was always super friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I wasn’t very pleased with the hotel, the room was uncomfortable, there were no closets in the room, it was completely inconvenient. It was also constantly cold in the room, the air conditioner was blowing very hard, water was never supplied to the room. The location is very convenient.
