Un vrai moment de détente et de calme, nous avons pu profiter du service en chambre (petit déjeuner copieux et de belle qualité) et du jacuzzi. La cité est à deux pas.

Great hotel, so close to the entrance to the medieval city. The reception were so helpful and booked a fabulous restaurant for us. Also we were able to park our camper van securely which was good. We will return and dine at the sister hotel’s restaurant next time

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé et le parking est prévu c'est idéal pour visiter la cité. L'accueil est aussi très bien, le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre bien et propre digne d'un 4 étoiles. J'enlève une étoile, car nous avions opté pour la terrasse privative avec le SPA en supplément, hélas la terrasse est en contrebas d'une zone de passage de l'hôtel (peu fréquentée certes) mais au moment ou l'on s'est glissé dans le SPA en 5 minutes on a vu 4 têtes différentes passer et nous regarder, question intimité c'est moyen, et le SPA était aussi hors d'âge, la pression des jets ultra faible et l'un d'eux d'ailleurs ne tenait plus si l'on commençait à l'ouvrir fermer. Mis à part ce problème de SPA ou je regrette d'avoir pris ce supplément, c'est un super endroit allez-y les yeux fermés !

Emplacement de l'hotel juste en face de l'entree principale de la cite médiévale. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée beneficiant d'une belle terrasse privative.. Hotel disposant d'une piscine et d'un parking privatif ( tres pratique compte tenu de l'emplacement ). Petit déjeuner de tres bonne qualité avec des produits de qualité. Rapport qualité/ prix tres correct. Je recommande.

Very nice hotel located just outside of one of the main gateways into the walled city of Carcassonne. Spacious rooms, very helpful staff and nice available breakfast. Parking also available on-site. This hotel is ideally located for visiting the walled city and also for driving to other worthwhile sites is the region.

The location is the place to be when you’re visiting Carcassonne. The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a European buffet with omelets and eggs prepared to order. The only problem you might have is with the size of the room. The design of the room is awkward toilet on one side, sink and tub on the other. It is a superior room, look to upgrade to the junior suite.

A lovely hotel with very close proximity to the castle gate . Safe and private parking
Very helpful staff .We didn’t use the restaurant at all so I can’t comment on that .
Gorgeous chilled ,cat , Pom-pom asleep in the reception .
