Very clean with very nice odor in the room! Very good reception! Nice location, easy to reach, 10 minutes from the center of the city, good and safe parking. Next to big carrefour, decent breakfast, quiet hotel and good for family.

Very good stay at the hotel. The room was very nice. With many holes to leave things, clean, very comfortable beds and the perfect bathroom. The pretty decoration. No noises were heard. The situation of the hotel for me is ideal whenever you go by car. Free parking. There is a shopping center next door. But the best of all is the treatment of the staff, outstanding. Several of the receptionists speak some Spanish and if not they make an effort to understand you kindly.

I had booked a room with a romantic supplement.... it hadn't been prepared.... a basket of fruit which on the photo was very attractive, I didn't even dare to take a picture of it, it was so sad and bland. ... however hotel still as quiet ... have a nice weekend anyway

Réservation d'une nuit en famille le temps de découvrir la Cité de Carcassonne. Cet hôtel était très bien tant en terme de situation, de confort et de tarif. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien insonorisée (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et le petit déjeuner très correct. Parking privé et personnels sympathiques et accueillant. Bref, nous recommandons.

Les vélos ne sont pas les bienvenus ! Vélos entassés dans une salle de réunion, les employés ont besoin de bouger les vélos pour avoir accès à la lingerie. Label Accueil Vélo??

Estancia muy correcta, personal atento y agradable. La habitación muy confortable y limpia, un poco apartado del centro de la Vila.
