I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about "servant leadership". A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

Reception were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and great location.

Super friendly receptionist, easy parking, we loved the room so much, super clean and cozy! It's a most quiet place we stayed so far, high standard 👍👍👍

Parking is convenient, and the space is large enough for families with two adults and three children. The grandma at the counter is so kind and enthusiastic about service. Because it was very cold when we arrived, we felt that the heating was not enough, so we asked for extra blankets. Grandma specially asked for them. He came to our room to help us adjust the electric blanket. He was very caring. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, which can satisfy Chinese stomachs. It is a quiet area in the middle of the noise. It is worth recommending.

We arrived at 12pm and the boss left a note outside the door. It was very convenient to check in and very clean.

It looks like a standard motel. There are several Chinese restaurants and supermarkets about 1 kilometer away. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the city center.

The room was very clean. It had a refrigerator, tableware and a microwave. It was consistent with the description online. Check-in was simple and fast. The front desk service was very friendly. There are many Chinese restaurants within a 10-minute drive. I would like to stay here again after my trip to the Great Ocean Road.

Except that the hotel's location is a little on the edge of the town, everything else is good. The surrounding environment is very good and the boss is very kind. Parking is very convenient.

It's close to Chinatown. It's more convenient to drive to the station and then take the train to the city.

Excellent. Clean and exquisite. The best in motels. Very complete facilities.
