Very nice, clean and good service and in a good location. In over 30+ countries I have travelled to, this is the only hotel that doesn't provide shampoo. The bathroom looks newly renovated and very nice but ergonomic can be improved.

Good location, good breakfast, good service and clean, nice rooms. We are enjoyed everything about this hotel.

The hotel is very well placed. The facilities are new, it is very clean, everything is taken care of, and the rooms are spacious and well decorated. I would choose this same hotel again. Very good breakfast.

Hotel is very good. Servise is great. Very convenient location. The main attractions are nearby. I only have an unpleasant memory because my manicure supplies were stolen at the hotel, it seems like a small thing, but it was unpleasant. Any way hotel is nice

We had booked a suite but it was unavailable so the hotel provided us with connecting rooms instead. Underground parking was a plus as was the location of the hotel. We received daily water bottles and tea/coffee service in the rooms. Nice place to stay

A weekend break for three of us. Booked on line to be near the old town and it didn't disappoint. In fact it was excellent. Excellent rooms, very good food, good service. Altogether first class. We booked a parking space which wasn't available when we arrived, but they sorted us out with a temporary space. Facilities were excellent. The hotel is in the Jewish part of town with vehicular access front and rear. There's lots of good stuff, historical and otherwise, within easy walking distance. I would certainly stay there again.

Nice clean hotel with daily room service, complimentary water bottles and teabags/coffee sachets and kettle. Staff are also very friendly and eager to assist. One can also book tours to historical places in and around Krakow through the hotel.

What a beautiful hotel. We had a suite and it was so modern and the cleanest place, spotless. We ate in the restaurant a few times. The evening menu is delicious and very reasonable. The staff are sll so friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the centre of everything. Would highly recommend. If we visit Poland again we would definitely stay here

Hotel really nice staff helpful and pleasant location brilliant, however asked hotel staff to call us a taxi and the firm they used overcharged us by about 5 times the actual fare! The taxi driver put us on a night rate in the day so metre just goes up faster at an increased rate he then decided to add a nice tip on for himself so beware! Advise to use local taxi app bolt amazing just like Uber!

Staff very helpful. Rooms good size and clean, nice bathroom. Great location on edge of Jewish quarter. Great square located one street away with great bars/food and street food. Easy to navigate around the city. The bar in the hotel closes a bit early at 10pm, not that we were night rakes but coming back at 10.30 after eating to relax with a baileys would’ve been lovely but sadly it was a coffee in our room. Would recommend this hotel.

This was our second visit to Krakow, our first to the 1891 Garni hotel and we had a lovely stay. The hotel is located right next to the Jewish Quarter and is within walking distance to the Old Town. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and close to Rynek Glowny (the main market square). The hotel is immaculately clean and welcoming, staff were really friendly and helpful and check in was very efficient. Our room was modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable, overlooking the small courtyard, with good aircon. Breakfast was good and plentiful, breads, cereals, hot food (eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms), continental (meats, salads, cheeses, croissants) tea, coffee, water & juice). Although all friendly, one lady in the bar (Ukrainian) was especially so, very attentive and an asset to the hotel. We were sad to leave and hope to return in the future. dziękuję za piękny pobyt

From arrival at the hotel we were treated excellent by all the employees we met. The rooms were spotless,modern and extremely comfortable. The location was ideal and with in walking distance from the square.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel
