Beautiful hotel, design is modern Chinese with a classical garden inside. Rooms are spacious with all the conveniences. It even has a Dyson hair dryer not seen in hotels costing many times more! Excellent value!

Very nice hotel with good service and rooms

New, big sized building. Actually most of the facilities are for a Convention hall. Everything was OK, but only OK - not more than that.

Stay was OK, though the hotel has nothing on site.

The breakfast is delicious, the Su-style noodles are delicious, and the pancakes contain meat floss, sausage, cucumber shreds, and carrots, which are delicious. After watching Richie Jen's concert, I went straight to Suzhou and booked Suzhou Center Hotel. The hotel is great, with a garden-like environment, clean and quiet rooms, and close to the surrounding Guanqian Street and Shantang Street attractions. The breakfast is rich in variety, and a bowl of steaming hot Suzhou-style braised meat noodles with fried eggs is so delicious. I would like to especially thank the front desk ladies Xu Yuanxiao and Zhou Yao, because it was very late to arrive in Suzhou after watching the concert, and the ladies upgraded the room type for free.
