Antique, very warm and very artistic. The bed was very comfortable. The small town wash atmosphere is very strong. The staff is very welcoming. The only drawback is that the room is too small. To put it mildly, it's warm. It's difficult to actually turn around. However, the fireplace in the lobby and the layout of the hotel are both good. Worth a stay.

The staff was very nice and helped me with directions to get certain areas.
The room lacked a few items. No internet service. The breakfast was not opened until 7:30 when
travelers may need more than a cup of coffee and muffin.
No coffee makers in the rooms or microwave.

Love the Pine Inn, its history and location. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable at the end of Ocean Avenue so great walking from one end of town to the other!!!
