El personal un 10 , tanto comedor , limpieza , y recepción, el entorno es espectacular, la comida muy bien cocinada casera , el zumo natural, el trato excelente y muy bien ambiente. Como negativo que en recepción también llevan el bar y no pueden estar en 2 sitios por lo cual si quieres un café o algo tendrás q esperar , a la piscina le faltan los chorros clásicos , y bañeras un poco fría , la habitación un poco a lo "CUENTAME " necesitan una reforma , eche de menos una sala para leer o jugar algún juego. La verdad es que, leyendo algunas opiniones negativas, no seré yo quien las contradiga ya que "cada cual cuenta la misa según le va". Nuestra experiencia es totalmente positiva, aunque no se nos escapa el detalle de las comparativas con otros balnearios más modernos (y también más impersonales). Ciertamente las instalaciones están algo anticuadas pero no engañan a nadie, no hay que olvidar que es un establecimiento de 1 estrella, con lo que ello conlleva en cuanto a lujos. Por contra estamos hablando de un edificio histórico (recomendable leer su historia) que ha sido casa de retiro espiritual, carcel, hospital y balneario en la época dorada de este tipo de establecimientos, solo por eso vale la pena participar un poquito de esa historia. La atención del personal cercana familiar (sin dejar de lado la profesional) e impecable por parte de todo el equipo, facilidades de aparcamiento, habitaciones muy amplias aunque algo sesactualizadas, los menús sencillos pero muy caseros. El entorno es de relax y silencio total, tiene unos jardines amplísimos para pasear, un río (el Carranza) que suena a música si abres la ventana y una vía de tren que en tiempos pasados disponia de su propio apeadero. El enclave es genial ya que el valle es precioso y da para pasar unos días geniales. ¡TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!

El personal amable limpieza un 10, mantenimiento y recepción atendían muy bien a pesar de que les faltan personal. El director un prepotente que me faltó el respeto pues de lo que dice la página web a lo que hay nada recomendable como balneario, la comida no tiene nada de casera se salva el desayuno no dudo que las aguas sean buenas además, Estaba lleno de moscas la habitacion...el paisaje muy bonito el balneario me decepcionó. La zona muy recomendable y vi buitres lo mejor ir a una casa rural.

Mis hijos nos regalaron un paquete Wonderbox consistente en un par d noches con desayunos incluidos.... El único sitio q conseguimos q nos canjeasen en agosto fué Casa Pallotti (el balneario de Carranza). La habitación cómoda y espaciosa con una cama d 2 metros.. cuyo cabecero era una puerta...M sorprendió encontrarme secador pues en algunos hoteles d más estrellas no lo hay. Las instalaciones son básicas,pero suficientes. El personal...encantador y servicial. La comida muy normal..pero el menú barato.. 16 comida y 14 cena. La sorpresa mayúscula m la lleve al subir a las cuevas de Pozalagua... las cuevas, el mirador,y el auditorio (antigua cantera) ...ESPECTACULAR TODO.

Una experiencia para olvidar. Nos sentimos estafados. Ruido en la habitación, frío, limpieza nula y lo de las bañeras y la piscina de aguas termales, de risa! Agua fría también en la ducha de la habitación. Solo queríamos salir de ahí y olvidar este lugar.

Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room.
We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance.
The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!

Instalación descuidada, hicimos reserva habitación cama doble, reserva habitación 103, y cuando llegamos por la noche, ya la recepción cerrada, nos cambiaron de habitación sin previo aviso y no solo no era cama matrimonial, sino que la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y el váter amarillento. Aún así ante la reclamación , el trato de la recepcionista Nuria fue vejatorio, ni siquiera una disculpa y el del gerente mucho más, motivo por el que hicimos hojas de reclamaciones ya tramitadas.
