- the hotel and the room were really clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
- parking costs 10 €
- the breakfast was outstanding
- the hotel is a bit far from the city center/old town, you have to walk around 25 minutes
- I recommend the hotel and would stay here again

We liked that it allows us to travel with our pet, since this hotel accepts animals. So it has been an obligatory stop on the trip through the peninsula. Good facilities and a good rest.

Good hotel to stay. Quiet area with easy parking and even though it's not in the center, it's not a bad location. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and all the comforts that a hotel offers.

The hotel was clean, the room was missing the coffee maker as it said in the description. The bed is large, the mattress is a little hard, the pillows are great. The bathroom is average, we asked for a shower but they gave us the bathtub. The regular toiletries are placed a bit in the wrong place and are also more difficult to use. The rest of the items listed in the hotel description were missing. The breakfast was very rich but not very variable, the dining room was very elegant and very quiet, but the price is a little high.

Estuvimos el año pasado, hemos repetido este y si todo va bien volveremos el año que viene. Me ratifico en todo lo bueno que describí en mi opinión el año pasado, en cuanto a la limpieza, decir que ha mejorado bastante, en esta ocasión de 10, al igual que las almohadas. El personal excelente, tanto limpiadoras como camareros y recepcionistas, en especial, quiero gradecer la atención y el detallazo de bienvenida a Salvador (Jefe de recepción) que una vez más nos atendió de forma extraordinaria. Sinceramente este hotel es una de las mejores elecciones para visitar Cartagena.

Hotel recomendable aunque se debería revisar la variedad del bufett caliente del desayuno. El hotel no está en zona céntrica lo cual puede ser una ventaja si vas con vehículo propio y también redunda en la tranquilidad ambiental.
