1. 入住時無海景房，酒店降級安排成普通房間；
2. 對於房型降級，酒店聲稱將會以免費早餐進行彌補。但是我們的預訂單本身已經包含早飯；
3. 晚間入住時，前台接待不會英語，溝通交流能力幾乎為零；
4. 細節處有很大提升空間，衞生問題需要進一步關注；
5. 攜程客服給力，及時幫助解決問題。

Great location. The service was friendly and good. Katia was very helpful. This hotel was so cute and right in front on the beach. The breakfast was good. The restaurant had good lunch/dinner options. Only 10 minutes drive to the airport. Not far from the Walled City. I’d love to stay here again.

Cartagena es una ciudad romántica y hosped**** en Ermita Cartagena fue algo extraordinario me enamoré de cada rincón , su gastronomía y su atención al cliente fue increíble debo volver , tienen una terraza increíble para tomar cócteles y su arquitectura es muy similar a la de Santorini

Ermita, Cartagena, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel was perfect for my 7 days stay in Beautiful Colombia! The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the airport , close to a grocery store and the walled city. A perfect location and safe especial for a solo traveller! Modern and cozy as if you were in your own world. The rooms are beautiful and will stocked with snacks and all essentials. There’s a rooftop swimming pool , gym , a few restaurants plus a coffee shop. I loved that there were so many lounging area around the to just sit and read or enjoy the heat. I did a little dancing on the rooftop to the DJ. That was so fun because dancing is one of life’s little pleasure. The backbone of this hotel are the employees. They were warm, friendly, professional and always Happy! Hats off to the Marriot and gratitude to everyone especially (David , Diego and my housekeeping ladies) My first experience with Ermita started before I left Toronto. . I had the pleasure of dealing with Natalia. She was a joy to deal with and an essential part of Ermita the connect to the outside world. . The communicate was outstanding. We can’t alway find a person that we can go to on vacation due to the language barrier or just travelling to a new country . Natalia was my PERSON! In my 20 years of travelling , I didn’t know what to expect. I would return to Colombia and Ermita in a heartbeat and with everyone who now wants to go.

Check in late afternoon took close to an hour. They told us it would take 5 min to get room ready and it was 45 min after we waited in line and did all the formalities. Then were assigned room with very noisy AC. Asked to change after showering and it took another 20 minutes. There is a tire shop next door and most of rooms lack a nice view
