Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena

It was our wedding night and the room that we booked at first was a king size bedroom and the hotel is super nice that got us upgraded to stay in a suite. The room is super clean and spacious, they also got coffee and tea in hotel lobby, it’s one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed, super recommended!!!

You can't beat the location when it comes to attending concerts/games at the arena. I believe my door to door walk was about 9 minutes. Amazing. Yes they charge more but it is totally worth it when you see the gridlock after a concert. My big concern was with the very firm bed in my room. Not good if you are a side sleeper - had a sore shoulder on the drive home.

The place is nice enough friendly staff,but no real amenities, I love the price gouging on game day, the least they could do is have free breakfast. A couple weeks ago I paid 300 for one night only cause I can't drive at night. Was going to stay again soon but saw an almost $600 price for one night.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. The only thing that was under par for a hotel this nice, was the breakfast that cost $11.75. It was the exact same breakfast that you get for free at other, lesser hotels.

We stayed here for a weekday concert at the PNC Arena, a pleasant and easy 15 min walk. It is an okay midgrade chain hotel that charges for the access and convenience rather than amenities. We arrived at 5:00 and were told our room was not ready (check in is at 4:00) and got a free coke for our 20 minute wait. It seems they are suffering from lack of housekeeping help and the front desk had no idea what the housekeepers were doing. Everybody who checked in had to wait. The front desk was very friendly but did not seem to be in charge. Since the PNC Arena charges $40 for parking it seems this hotel has just added that to their room price, i.e. an overpriced room for the privilege of the walking convenience. The small bar was overwhelmed by the post concert crowd, but to the lone bartenders credit, she stayed open late (post 10:00) and kept the drinks coming. The room was large and clean after waiting a while for the lone elevator, okay HVAC, comfortable bed, but the pillows were horrible flat chunks of foam. The $10.75 breakfast (mediocre although real eggs and over cooked sausage) should have been included for the inflated room rate. It's worth paying for the convenience for the PNC but we wouldn't stay there if not for that reason. You can find the same quality for less not too far away, but then you'd have a commute and a $40 parking charge. Name your poison.

Room was up to date and clean. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and professional. Have to pay for breakfast, so I thought that should have been included. Didn't try the pool or the in house bar.

We took a quick day trip to Raleigh and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena. The room was very spacious with modern decor. A couple of friends stopped by to visit, chairs only in our room, no couch but the four of us were not cramped at all in the space. We didn’t require much in this overnight stay but I’d certainly revisit. This hotel would be very convenient when traveling to the NC State Fairgrounds or Arena as mentioned in the name.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was lovely.

The room smelled stale. The lighting was poor in the room. There was not a microwave. We opted to go offsite for breakfast. After looking at there's, we decided it was not worth the money. The bar area was comfortable. The beds were comfortable.
