For a hotel like Four Seasons, guests' expectations and requirements are naturally higher. After checking out, I received a questionnaire from the hotel. One of the questions asked whether I felt personally recognized during my stay. My answer was definitely no. Not to mention that different staff members at the front desk had to explain the same thing repeatedly, let alone expect them to remember your name and room. They couldn't even smile at guests. If you don't smile at them first, they will be cold and unapproachable. Sometimes they won't smile even if you smile at them. It's amazing! Moroccans on the street are not like this. They are all very enthusiastic. Why are you people working at Four Seasons superior? Going to the front desk to ask a question is like owing them a lot of money. They look like "don't bother me". It's really annoying! But the waiters in the lobby restaurant are very good. I am most satisfied with the restaurant after staying here. If you go to Casa, it is recommended to stay in the city center for a few days to visit the attractions, and then come to this hotel to rest and enjoy the sunshine and beach.

The hotel's location is by the sea, facing the North Atlantic Ocean. This is the most upscale and only five-star hotel in Casablanca. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly. Give guests a feeling of being at home. The decoration of the lobby and rooms are very high-end, the equipment is very new, and it is very warm.
