Toda a equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa e solícita! São educados, sorridentes e gentis! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, farto e com muitas opções tanto no mesmo dia quanto em dias diferentes. Não é aquele hotel que repete os mesmos itens todos os dias. O serviço do restaurante é rápido.

O hotel é bonito e os funcionários são extremamente educados e cortes, apesar de reduzido o quadro de funcionários. Mas pelo valor pago esperava muito mais, colchão e travesseiros desconfortáveis, No café da manha básico com poucas opções de bolos e tortas. No sábado a noite uma turma de hospedes ficaram bebendo, falando alto e cantando alto ate 1h da manha incomodando o sono dos demais!

Como sempre, muito bem recebidos, funcionários atenciosos, limpeza 100, cozinha 1000!!!! A localização muito boa, proximidade com Fortaleza, praia muito boa, programação noturna, inclusive a banda de chorinho, não tem igual, vale muito a pena conhecer!!!!

Ruim. Recebi reclamação por estar conversando com meu esposo na varanda às 21h. O restaurante fecha 22h. Fomos mau atendidos. Não voltaremos mais. Se fossem estrangeiros fazendo algazarra estava tudo bem. Pq Aqui é terra de ninguém. Hotelzinho de quinta.

Clearly the best hotel of the area of Caponga and Aguas Belas. Close to center of Caponga and walking distance from the beautiful Aguas Belas and few barracas. Located in front of the beach, can't be better. Swimming pool with even sun beds in the water. Garden area to relax with sunbeds and coconuts palm trees. Private access to the beach. Rooms are large, we had a very nice balcony. Restaurant is very design with quality wood materials. People are helpful both at the reception, at the restaurant or through whatsapp. Recommended!

Tivemos uma estadia muito boa, café da manhã variado, conforto e atendimento excelentes.
A única coisa a pontuar é a comida do restaurante, que apesar de ter um bom cardápio e ótima apresentação, falta sabor… os pratos de peixe não tem tempero algum, bem insosso.
