Cascia Hotels with Parking

Not a charming or boutique hotel while a very spacious and well equipped one, with kind and complete service to make the stay thoughtless and pleasant. Very close to the Church and center and with numerous restaurants also in the hotel. Large parking area. Nice bar. Also a good basis to visit the area around (we went to Castelluccio form the blossom). Rooms have full equipment and triple rooms are really so, with two rooms inside

Ho alloggiato presso questo hotel come accompagnatore di un gruppo classe. Struttura molto bella, nuovissima, elegante e confortevole. Stanze spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ristorazione adeguata. Manca però la cortesia e l'attenzione ai clienti. Il fatto di essere un gruppo classe non consente in alcun modo a chi era nella hall durante il turno notturno di salire senza preavviso nel piano in cui alloggiavano i ragazzi e prenderli a parolacce (”Avete rotto il caxxx”). Andavano avvisati gli insegnanti che avrebbero saputo come comportarsi. I ragazzi erano appena saliti nelle loro stanze alle ore 11.00 ed è normale che si crei un po' di trambusto con 40 adolescenti che salgono a piedi le scale. Se poi non li si vuole, è sufficiente non accettare gruppi scolastici. Se gli insegnanti chiedono delle bibite alle 11.30, non si può rispondere sbuffando. Inoltre in fase di check out ci hanno fatto tardare mezz'ora perché la responsabile delle pulizie non trovava un cuscino da decorazione, salvo venire a sapere dalle altre governanti che in una stanza vi era un cuscino in meno sin dall'inizio. Insomma: cercate di essere più gentili con tutti gli ospiti, anche se adolescenti. Non vi manca nulla. Tranne la cortesia e l'avanzare delle scuse quando necessario.

Struttura molto bella a vedersi, evidentemente rinnovata da poco, con un occhio al design e gusto raffinato che vuole imitare gli hotel 4 stelle più di lusso. É evidente però che la gestione non sia casalinga, si percepisce un po' di freddezza e la mancanza del tocco personale. In generale manca la cura dei dettagli, tante piccole cose che fanno di un bel posto anche un posto piacevole dove soggiornare. Alcuni esempi su tutti, a colazione il giorno dopo ferragosto sono stati riproposti gli avanzi del giorno prima (il che può anche andare bene, ma il succo di frutta annacquato, le marmellate finite e le uova stracotte non si potevano vedere), i fiori finti sul tavolo, l'aperitivo servito senza un tovagliolo, la macchia di zanzara spiaccicata in camera, i fuochi d'artificio sotto le finestre delle camere, gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno anche se non utilizzati, la totale assenza di informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel o sulle località turistiche in zona. Menzione a parte per la piscina, da sogno come posizione e dimensioni, peccato sia tanto fredda da essere quasi inutilizzabile. La struttura ha sicuramente un grande potenziale, ma vedendola ci si aspetta un servizio da vero 4 stelle, che poi a tutti gli effetti manca. Migliorabile.
