Albergo nel complesso molto buono..facile da raggiungere con ampio parcheggio.camere molto buone..avevamo una quadrupla rutto sommato spaziosa letti alti comodi..forse cuscini troppi bassi per chi come me preferisce uno ma ben consistente e non due.. ma comunque sono andati benissimo. Forse unica pecca i bagni un pochino vecchi da riprendere ma per una notte credo vada benissimo.colazione ampia dal dolce al salato..sfornano cornetti caldi anche se magari da un 4stelle ci si aspetta cornetti di qualità superiore. Ottima comunicazione con il personale..abbiamo avuto 1problema durante la prenotazione e la reception ci ha risolto il problema venendoci incontro senza problemi. Consigliato

It was peaceful and the bed was ok. The waiter for the restaurant was probably the only staff who communicated with us and one of the breakfast staff.
Poor atmosphere.
The receptionist don’t know how to smile and greet. No staff on the bar, only one effortless young lady from reception.

Ci tengo a fare una recensione POSITIVITISSIMA x qst hotel,pulito,profumato,personale disponibile,molto cordiale,inoltre abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione dato che abbiamo pernottato per poter usufruire dei 2 giorni al parco HAWAII PARK,altrettanto il top!!Cena gustosa!! A very family friendly hotel. Amazingly attentive staff. Angela, Livia and Tizimo. The dining room offers a range of food on the evening menu. Waiters, Dominico, Micro and Chris were always busy with a full restaurant each evening but they remained efficient. The breakfast buffet was in a different lower floor dining room. A good range of breakfast, from continental to hot. A packed breakfast can be ordered in advance if you are up and out early. It was really substantial. There is a gym which is relatively small but has all that you need. It remains open during normal hours but you can collect the key from reception early or late. Angela and the hotel owner even joined our group for a commemorative dawn service for the Amazon Bridge 8th Anniversary. What wonderful staff!

Good hotel, overall very clean also the rooms were spotless, great views of the mountains and the monastery. reception staff were very helpful, restaurant staff also very friendly and hospitable, we were late back from a day trip and they ensured we did not go to bed on an empty stomach, even though the restaurant was closing for the night.

Not great. When we were there they had intentionally turned off the air conditioning for the entire hotel (without telling us; we thought it was broken and had to go ask at the front desk) because the “outside air was good enough.” When we couldn’t get the AC to work we attempted to call the front desk. And the phone didn’t work. We tried to put our drinks in the refrigerator… which was not cold. We saw it was unplugged, but there is no way to get to the plug since the fridge is bolted into the cabinet. When we went to the front desk to ask about all of the issues, the staff basically shrugged. So that was that. Given it was humid and a little warm, we didn’t sleep very well. Especially because you get flying bugs and mosquitos if you just leave the windows open. On the positive side, the breakfast was pretty good, especially for the price and the wait staff for breakfast were wonderful. Friendly and cheerful making sure they provided anything they could.
