The hotel breakfast is delicious! Opposite is the ski resort, which is very suitable for friends who come to ski. The room is also very big and clean, very comfortable for two people!

What an amazing team a Castleford ! Stayed again and once again all the staff are amazing ! They look after us all so well , nothing is too much trouble , a great team , working so well together. A big shout out to Sarah who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to get everything sorted for our group !!

I have visited for work and found the location to be excellent with plenty of things to do in walking distance l. A Pub round the corner that shows the football 5 min walk. The food is average and so is the beer. On my first visit I witnessed a fight by the lifts and on my second some trim was stolen from my van that was parked in the car park.

Super efficient check in for our group of 60 guests. Everything was ready for us even though we arrived at 9:30pm. We all had a late breakfast and the staff worked really hard to keep the food coming as we were a bit hungry after our run. We stayed in the bar until midnight and prices were reasonable.

We had an amazing stay at The Premier Inn , Castleford. The rooms were immaculate , bed and pillows so comfy . Staff went above and beyond , fantastic breakfast and great value for money. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again.

My husband and I are regular customers to a Premier Inn due to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the staff. Premiere Inn @ Castleford (xscape) was one we had not visited before, but felt it was in a great location to visit Junction 32. Our room was a Premier Plus room which I highly recommend. We had a coffee machine, free Bottled water and an amazing shower. We always book in for breakfast because at £10.99 for unlimited it is definitely value for money, especially if you have children because they can eat for free! During breakfast we met an amazing lady called Carol. What stood out for me and my husband was her welcoming persona to all of the guests, alongside her being chirpy and chatty. I saw how she interacted with the little ones and asked if everyone was ok. What an wonderful lady to have working amongst your team!!! 😊

Carol was brilliant, couldn't do enough for us and our vegetarian breakfast needs. Really took care of us. More than 5* if I could. Room was nice, better than I might have expected. All together a good experience and a satisfactory overnight stay.

Spent last night at the Premier Inn at Xscape, Castleford, Yorkshire and it was brilliant! Check in was simple, room large and comfortable, food excellent and service impeccable. I am a power chair user, and saw a manual wheelchair user and a mobility scooter user there too. Nothing was too much trouble. Only slight issues were that the lift is small, barely big enough and they had run out of cheesecake last night. I would give it a solid 98/100. Well done Premier Inn!
