Staff is perfect, however the cleanliness remains to be desired, there were 2 small cockroaches in the room. Apart from this incident, I had a good stay.

es könnte vieles besser gemacht werden
Eigentlich ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Während zwei Tagen funktionierte weder die Klimaanlage noch hatte es warmes Wasser. Der Service an der Reception ist sehr gut, jedoch im Restaurant hoffen die Kellner bei jedem Gäst, dass er wieder geht, ohne etwas zu bestellen. Wir waren, wie schon im letzten Jahr, sehr enttäuscht.

Assez bon hôtel. -Très bonne literie. -Personnel de chambre très poli -Mauvais éclairage dans la salle de bain (manque de luminosite) - Un personnel de l'accueil, hautain et fier. - Yaourt nature périmé au petit dejeuner... - Mais surtout, réseau wifi/internet exécrable. Inutilisable dans le cadre d'un séjour professionnel. - Salle de sport inaccessible pendant 3 jours pour un problème de clefs. - Au bar extérieur, personnel nonchalant qui ne vous calcule pas et qui ne vient prendre aucune commande. Bref, hôtel à éviter si on s'attend à un 4 étoiles.

Cafards dans la chambre. Evier de salle de bain bouché. Machine à café en panne au petit dejeuner. Pas de wifi sur 4 jours de sejours . Essais des alarmes alors que vous etes dans le Hall d acceuil alors que j etais en entretien avec un courtier. Nettoyage de la piscine a 15h00 quand les clients sont là. Et je m arrtes la . Ca fait 4 ans que je viens et ca se degrade pas mal. Tres decevant
