Being the oldest hotel in Cebu, this hotel provides beautiful garden view and friendly service. Location is very convenient as well.

Had a birthday surprise from my family. The experience was great. I had a very relaxing time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning provided decent cooling, which was nice. However, the blackout curtain didn’t fully block out the light, making it a bit challenging to sleep in. On the bright side, the friendly staff were always welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks!

This is our first time staying at Montebello, and we had a fun time during our stay. My kids loved the amenities especially the Pool. Buffet is delicious, with all the servers attentive to our needs. It's a hidden gem within the bustling city. Definitely will be coming back soon!

the hotel is very old, not clean enough. The room make up service is very thoughtless, no body cleaner available everyday. Although there is shopping mall nearby, the mall is very old too. Moreover, the traffic jam is very serious around the hotel. The breakfast is not good in taste and lot of flies around. finally, it is unacceptable to have cockroach in the room.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic for a staycation. Only negative is that there were no lifts. I am recovering from a knee injury and had trouble going up and down the stairs.

Montebello is home to this GORGEOUS Villa! The staff there were incredible, and buffet breakfast served was top notch, and the rooms were good too! My only issue is that the hotel looked at my partner and I (being a same-sex couple) and decided to give us a room with two single beds, instead of the double bed room we had actually booked.

I loved the breakfast buffet, comfy bed and most comfortable pillows of all hotels like Dusit Thani, Marco Polo, etc. Bathroom needs upgrading. Specially the toilet. Price is ok, affordable.

The worst experience in Philippines in this resort. Continuous hammer mouse and drill machines during all weekend. Very bad experience at one if their best rooms Really customer is not respected here
