Suite Testani

Testani Suite: congratulations!!!! Excellent structure! Clean, spacious room with everything you need! The well-kept exterior, lots of greenery and a fabulous swimming pool! An oasis of relaxation! Average breakfast; not much choice! We could do more!

I arrive at the hotel at around 6.30pm, the room is spacious but very poorly maintained, the phone and PC are out of charge, I go to plug it in but the socket is Schuko type, not suitable for my battery charger. I call the reception at 6.40pm explaining the problem, the answer: At the moment I can't leave because I'm alone, as soon as my colleague comes back we'll take care of it. I politely responded by saying it wasn't a problem. At 8.00 pm still nothing, I called back saying that I was starting to have a certain need to work with the PC since I had to prepare an important job for the following morning. The same person replied, also quite annoyed that he was still alone. I always kindly pointed out that I was starting to feel a certain urgency and that the work to prepare was quite demanding. The boy assured me that they would be there within half an hour. 9.15pm while I was calling back for the third time, there was a knock on the door.... Finally... I went to plug in the socket and it wasn't adaptable either, I went out immediately but there was no one left. I called back immediately and they guaranteed me that they would have someone back within 10 minutes. I called back at 10.45pm, quite upset and I was told that they didn't have an adaptable plug. Altered as a hyena, I reiterated that if they hadn't solved the problem within 15 minutes I would have taken legal action. At 11.20 they return for the third time with another hold, unbelievable, this last one also not adaptable. Moral of the story; at 11.45am I had to repack my bags and move by car to the main location, fortunately turn on the PC and work until 2.00 in the morning.
