Avoid this hotel I brought 27 people to show them Poland. The whole pilgrimage was very well received. Beautiful monuments and very clean cities The hotels we stayed in were of a high standard. But we spent the last night in the Uroczysko Hotel. We experienced Horror. The room had mold on the wall. In other rooms there were bugs. My room was so small it was hard to turn around. The bathrooms were very small and the decor was from the 60s. The website shows a beautiful room but where they put us was horrible. You can't trust them

The hotel makes a good impression at first. Then the imperfections become apparent. No air conditioning on in the corridors - the air conditioners are there but switched off. During the last night, there was a power failure after a storm. It turned out that the hotel had no working generator or no generator at all. Nothing that required electricity was working - lights, lifts, air conditioning, pool, etc. At check-out, I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and the inability to use the services - I did not receive one.

I have only booked the stay now, for the beginning of January, my daughter's birthday. I booked the package: accommodation and SPA. It turned out, however, no SPA slots are available ( I have paid the advance already, not expecting this is even possible). I called the reception to get back my advance, so I can make another booking, at the hotel where while buying a package, you are able to receive one. I have spoken to Ms Aleksandra Rajkiewicz, who advised me to write an email which will be replied to when the person responsible comes back to work, as currently there is no such person. Ms Rajkiewicz also quoted to me the information that says if we do not benefit from part of the offer, we shall still cover the full cost. In short: do NOT book there.

Zacznijmy od początku pojechałam do tego hotelu z rodziną która miała umilić sobie czas podczas gdy ja jestem poza hotelem. Przyjechaliśmy o 4 nad ranem. Zapłaciliśmy za całą dobę hotelowa.. Osoba która nas przyjęła nie zgodziła się na przedłużenie doby hotelowej (jedyne za dopłata 2 godziny za 100zl) powiedziała to w bardzo nieuprzejmy sposób. Pomimo tego że hotel był praktycznie pusty. W łazience drzwi były okropnie brudne..po 2 godzinach mojego pobytu poszłam na śniadanie. Było to moje najgorsze śniadanie zaczynając od jajka które wyglądało jakby było z wczoraj. Wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na basen który jest w ofercie lecz nikt nie poinformował mnie przy rezerwacji że jest on otwarty od godz 16(doba hotelowa zakończyła się o godz 11. Nie polecam!!

Hotel raczej trzy gwiazdkowy. Duży, przestronny. Sala z ping pingiem do dyspozycji. Jedzenie takie sobie, bardzo miłą pomocna obsługa, ale żeby dostać korkociąg trzeba coś zamówić w barze. Na basenie nagle poprosili o wyjście, bo przyszło mnóstwo osób na noc saunową i zaczęli nago wchodzić do jacuzzi. Dobra pizzeria w okolicy i miły spacer nad jezioro.

Totalne nieporozumienie. Hotel na 3 góra, a nie na 4 gwiazdki Plusy -blisko do zalewu i przy ładnej pogodzie można spędzić czas -infrastruktura pod dzieciaki :park linowy, plac zabaw, sala zabaw. -dobry serwis sprzątający , nie ma się do czego przyczepić , naprawdę dobra robota -fajny, ciepły basen i dobra strefa spa Minusy -okropna obsługa na recepcji, kłócą się z gośćmi zamiast znaleźć rozwiązanie, o słowie " przepraszam " już nie wspomnę - okropne śniadania : czerstwe bułki, w niedzielę o 9.20 nie było już prawie nic do zjedzenia - recepcja nie informuje o strasznie głośnych imprezach do rana, nie reaguje na zaczepki pijanych gości weselnych -sam wystrój taki sobie.. od sasa do lasa.. upudrowany PRL Potencjał jest bo to dobra baza wypadowa w świętokrzyskie, ale niestety do dobrych obiektów jeszcze dłuuuga droga

Hotel traktuje gości z góry na zasadzie jak sie nie podoba to można sie wymeldować. Muzyka z imprez ogłuszająca. Hotel łamie swój wlasny regulamin o ciszy nocnej. Katastrofalne śniadania, zimne, bułki czerstwe, o godz. 9.20 w niedzielę nie było juz wyboru. Hamaki na zewnatrz brudne. Obsluga poniżej krytyki :nie szanują gościa, nie odbierają telefonów na recepcji, nawet nie starają się wynagrodzić niedogodności związanych z np. brakiem pradu, brakiem tv czy brakiem możliwości wypoczynku po podróży. Goście weselni zajmują caly parking hotelowy, podpici zaczepiają i atakują gości hotelowych na co recepcja nie reaguje. Sam wystrój to taki lekko odkurzony PRL. Nie polecam absolutnie. Omijać z daleka.. To tancbuda weselna a nie hotel na poziomie 4*

Fantastyczny hotel położony w uroczym miejscu w lesie i w pobliżu cudnego zalewu Cedzyna. Obsługa niesamowicie miła i bardzo pomocna. Wspaniały basen,sauna,jacuzzi i jaskinia solna. Dla dzieci duży plac zabaw oraz małpi gaj. Obiady-jak u mamy. Żona meeeega zadowolona ze spa. Polecamy serdecznie i na pewno tam wrócimy.
