Super 8 by Wyndham Centerville

Definitely a last resort for choice of motels in the area. Repairs are needed and apparently are not a priority to the management. Repairs to the walkway and deck railing still not done after a visit there 3 years ago.

Horrible this is the 2nd year we stayed at this hotel each time there ac was not working in the room . Instead of fixing it they gave us a fan no other rooms . Horrible people that runs this place is a joke

Staff we’re probably the best part of the stay they were very nice and bubbly. Unfortunately we were supposed to have a king bed & it was clearly a queen and our door was jammed they said you basically had to kick in the door to get in. I went to take a shower & it turned the washcloth brown but when my husband let it run for 20 min it was fine.

Due to life's cruel unfairness I currently find my self homeless, so every 2 weeks when I get paid I come and stay here for a couple days. The staff is friendly and helpful the rooms clean and quiet. My only complaint is the cost. Centerville 8s a small town with limited hotel options and little to do as far as tourism goes. If the cost of a room was cheaper there would ne less empty rooms.

I had cockroaches on the wall, my pillow, and the restroom floor. The door was unsecured. There were holes in the wall. Bathroom door was cracked all the way through. Carpet was dirty rooms without fire detection. This is the worst hotel experience I have had.

I want to start off that this place does not even deserve one star. This was the absolute WORST experience we have ever had at any establishment. We get there and they give us a room that someone else is already staying in, then the next room they give us has the window completely open( on a snowy day in November) AND a broken heater. Conveniently they had no other rooms until 2:30 in the morning, the over night guy knocks on our door asking if we want to move rooms and have people sleep on a cot/the floor. I was told we would get half off of our room and instead I get a $30 discount. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest either, the shower was dirty and we found all sorts of stuff under the bed, you can clearly tell they didn’t try cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend staying at a different hotel in the town. AWFUL AWFUL experience.

The biscuits and gravy at breakfast were good but there were very few other choices. Definitely need a few more choices for breakfast. The rest of the hotel was just average. Cleanliness, comfort, and appearance were OK but nothing special. The price was a little more than what I would expect to pay for this quality of hotel.

I arrived on Pancake Day weekend to find that I had mistakenly reserved the wrong night. It was 9:00 pm and every motel in town was booked solid. Somehow, Brittany found me a room while simultaneously switching rooms for another party who needed a bigger room. She did all of this with charm and finesse. She even helped this older gentlemen get his luggage upstairs. The room was clean, spacious, and and the mattress was quite comfortable. It's still a Super 8 but has improved considerably since I last visited Centerville in 2012.

This hotel was average. The room was clean, but 3 out of the 5 lights did not work. The service was nonexciting. I understand COVID, but clean towels would have been nice. The deck area was very comfortable. We had a dog next to us that barked alot when the owner was not there.
