Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay with some variety. Room is clean.

The hotel is relatively safe, the decoration is mainly black and white, clean and refreshing! Breakfast is all local food. There are many restaurants around, and there is a shopping mall across the street, which is convenient for shopping and eating!

This is such a Stunning hotel with pristine hotel rooms with comfortable beds and everything you could ask for. The friendly staff also made me feel welcome and at home.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel until my departure, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile with a smile. As a frequent traveler, I can genuinely say that I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel team. The rooms were clean and well-suited for business travel, and the dining experience at Umani restaurant was outstanding. This hotel truly caters to the needs of business travelers with excellent facilities.

Visited Century City Hotel Urban Square for a business trip and felt so safe as a solo traveler coming in internationally. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they coordinated transport for me to and from the airport, and down to the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent, coffee in-hotel was excellent and I really appreciated the waters in the room! Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, literally right across the street from the conference center so extremely convenient for early meetings. All around highly recommend. Hope to be back again soon!
