We visited for a three day family outing. We took two premium rooms, our stay was pleasant, staff was very helpful Mr katoch in restaurent was so gracious in helping out the kids. It was a pleasant homely stay, location of the hotel is good, view from window is of snow clad peaks across the valley. I will come again.

Nice Hotel with good car parking facilities. Buffet food was ok. In dinner hall Mr Vijay Katoch served food and taken care during stay. He is very good person with nice personality. Overall experience was good. Terrace is having excellent view of valley and lot of space to spend time with family. Mall Road is at walkable distance.

Good food and good services provided by hotel and specially good hospitality given by Mr Vijay Sharma location is good clean and good environment all facilities provided by hotel there is gaming area too and open terrace is there where we can sit and see the beauty of mountains

We have been attended a two days very comfortable stay at snow valley Resort. We have been attended by Mr Sunny he is very cordial and humble staff. Staff like him in public service like hotels are indeed needed. Thanks Mr. Sunny and thanks all management team of Snow Valley Resort.

This is amazing hotel . Whole Staff here is so helpfull and disiplined . Loved the experiences . They Greet u everytime . Best hotel in Dalhousie . Outstanding service. Beautiful terrace. Wonderful staff. Vijay Katoch in the restaurant, Ved Prakash in housekeeping and Vijay Sharma in the restaurant were brilliant. Beautiful views and room. Loved the stay. The buffets are decent. But the terrace and room views are breathtaking.

Excellent food and Services with Fantasic view of mountains.,and Great hospitality by Vijay Kotecha and Vijay Sharma were served food with higenic manner..Talk about Food then Snow Valley became first...it had a great dal makhni and snacks were Great.
