I think this is the finest hotel one can find in Dalhousie. The service,the location,the view from the room.the cleaning and above all the behaviour of the staff specially Mr.Rajnish kumar who was in room service was impeccable.I would certainly recommend everyone who come to Dalhousie to stay and feel the hospitality of the hotel.

The rooms are nice and the service is good. Mr. Vijay Sharma really helped us during our stay. The rooms have excellent views. The parking is an issue, they don’t have proper rooms for the drivers to stay at night (which I think is very essential because it’s gets really cold at night)

The resort offers excellent rooms. Vijay Sharma, Vikram Singh, and Padam, the chef, provided exceptional service and took care of us like family. The food was delicious, served piping hot and fresh. I highly recommend this resort for all seasons.

Excellent food, service at the restaurant was best. Especially Vijay Sharma and Dimple had served very well. Felt homely Food cooked by Padam was pretty awesome Hotel rooms and view is awesome, especially morning view All good very happy stay here with family

Nice stay, recommend to every traveler to stay here. Food is v good and if it’s served by Vijay katoch and prepared by Padam Singh then, nothing can be better than this. Five stars for sure Facilities are v good, they are ready if you ask anything in room and kitchen

It was a beautiful stayy.Loved the vibe and especially the hospitality of Mr Vijay Katoch.What a nice warm *** and his hospitality. The only thing could be add is more options for breakfast. Dont go by giigle reviews ,it a nice cozy stay.Loved it
