We had a wonderful experience at Maqo Hotel for our stay! Friendly check in staff, rooms were gorgeous, design was chic and close proximity to shopping belt! Just 2 things to point out. The separate areas for WC, bathroom and wash basin was weird and they could have been more generous with the breakfast food since we were doing takeaway rather than dining-in, which we were entitled to 3 buffet pax.

Location: Walking about 10min from train station, good part is walking to most shopping street surrounding. Fashion art design hotel, modern in room design but a bit funny having bar-top washing / brush teeth in front of bed. Excellent staff service overall. Breakfast is rich. Terrrible part is the room Air-conditioner is bad & weak + noisy which temperature is not cold as i am scare of hot person, they set the room AC to only 22-23 Deg which make the room so stuffy warm to me. As a 5*hotel they shouldn't set the room temperature which you not able to lower the room cold. Good part is after complain they bring in standing fan for me, as night time sleeping you wouldn't blow fan toward you still feel the room stuffy warm which i stay 2 night not in good sleep. For those scare hot, do think about it. How fantasy design still cannot compare to comfort feeling stay.

Located at the city centre of changsha, direct access and interlink with IFS, and only 5mins walk to a few malls, walmart and the famous walking streets… Lots of food nearby so f&b is not an issue, will never get hungry over there.. Cleanliness very good, can request to change few types of pillows.. Receptionist very helpful and lovely and pretty.. Hotel breakfast very delicious..

Service of the staff is great. Great stay ，Great location within walking distance to Wuyi and connected to IFS mall. Very pleasant experience.

The hotel is quite new and the stay was quite enjoyable. Location is great close to Wuyi Square and Wangxing road for all the buzz and good food. Breakfast in hotel was ok, not too many choices but good enough to start off the day. Would recommend the hotel for its convenient location and price for that quality.

Hotel is quite new, Cleanliness is good, all staff were friendly and helpful. Has delivery shelf at level 1 for those who orders delivery. Connected to IFS building at Level 3. Possible to view the Caws and some popular spots. Walkable distance to the busiest street, lots of food options. Can choose your pillow from the menu provided in hotel room.

Good location. Shopping mall just below the hotel easily pass through the mall from hotel lift( follow the sign board) to the famous huangxing shopping street.

Hotel is on top of a fancy mall and near very popular shopping district, great location. Hotel is very new inside. it actually still had new renovation/construction smell when I stayed… A few points I noticed: - ventilation was not very good in the shower and bathroom, room AC was a little weak and noisy. - Bed was clean and comfortable - great and very effective blackout curtains. - good and modern in room amenities - a little bit strange layout - nice clean gym - nice staff - spacious room - Despite of the constant noise and traffic downstairs, it was very quiet on the 15th floor! (Except AC noise…) Cleanliness, convenience,service are important to me, I will stay here again next time I visit!

Excellent hotel at the 長沙國際金融中心, just near 黃興路步行街. clean and new, absolutely will stay here again, recommeneded and price is fair.

The hotel has a nice design and great service. The breakfast was very tasty and varied.

Extremely good service. Spacious, well decorated room with all amenities and modern fixtures (wireless chargers, hidden sockets, USB C inlet). Decent breakfast selection. Great location within walking distance to Wuyi and connected to IFS mall. Very pleasant experience.

We started our trip at Maqo and enjoyed it so much that we decided to cancel our original hotel booking, to end our trip at Maqo. Hotel did not disappoint. Love how convenient it is to the key attractions (IFS square, 黄兴广场). Plenty of 茶颜悦色 outlets around and plenty of yummy 湖南 food. Cecil & Chloe were very helpful and helped us with our queries on where we should head to for the countdown. Will definitely recommend to any friends heading to Changsha.
