Great location. Friendly staff. Extended my stay. Close to metro. Coffee shop Cafe out the front.

Good room, got a free upgrade and the room is quite big for the price. Cleanliness can be better. I found hairs on the floor. The thing that is commendable and should be mentioned is the friendly staff, especially the lady at the front desk. She is so responsive and quick to solve problems.

Room was well furnished and clean. Location is very conveniently located to a train station 2 stops from the city center. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Was a very pleasant stay!

This was the weirdest hotel we've stayed at. When you approach the hotel you think you're in a shady area of Changsha. You feel quite uncertain if you're in the correct place, since you have to go through some back alleys to reach it. The front façade looks nothing like the picture and the building is very run down. The receptionist is friendly, but the lobby and elevator are very shabby. However, once you enter the room its like a different world. The room is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. We had a very good nice sleep here. We did hear some noises from the corridor, but all in all a decent sound insulation. We would stay here again, given that we now know that the façade is only a front for a very good hotel!

Location is good , cleanliness just so so , stains on sofa, dusty shelves , but the worst thing is amenities, first of all the room has just half of the amenities, no slippers, no teabag no chair and desk ,window is just very small and of course no city view it is just looking to the next building ac which is 2 meters away, even complaining not changed anything , by the way last day they even didn’t provide me toothpaste and toothbrush, so funny that when I complained nothing has changed they said it is what it is, buy the way reception doesn’t speak English at all , so be prepared that no one will understand you , but at least they tried to translate, no problem with them but first time I met a hotel that lies about list of amenities and didn’t provide amenities , so cheap behavior , they even didn’t say sorry that half of the amenities mentioned on trip.com wasn’t there

It’s a good hotel. But it’s not easy to find. The inside is much better than outside.

Good location, room very clean, staff very helpful and good qifo

The hotel is a little bit hard to find from where the Taxi drop off is, the receptionist was very helpful but the system is not too foreigner friendly, I had to wait longer to verify my details, the bathroom is not so good, there’s only like a few items, the hairdryer is in the closets by the bed sides, overall it’s just a place to rest like sleep nothing fancy.
