I have never lived in an InterContinental, and the first stay was dedicated to Changsha. Overall very satisfied! The front desk service is very comfortable. After checking in, he personally guided us to the elevator. The 270-degree river view in the room couldn't be more comfortable as shown in the picture, and the extended balcony can feel the river view more intuitively. The location of the InterContinental is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, there is a jogging track downstairs, and the greenery is also very comfortable. The swimming pool and gym are also very good~ I planned to go for a swim, but it turned out that I just ate, drank and chatted with my friends, and running and swimming were useless~ Stay in the exclusive business balcony room, as well as the privileges of the executive lounge. Have some appetizers and drinks before dinner. The view of the river is also very beautiful. Next time you come to Changsha, you should stay at the InterContinental

Love the decor curated by the hotel for my note on our wedding anniversary. Room is huge, cosy and clean. Small lapses in the restaurant due to coffee and egg table requests but otherwise attentive. Location is about 30mins away from all the actions but next to a mall and a train station. Was attended by Dimond at the reception and she is great along with other staff.

Perfect location, just above the ifs mall. Wonderful view if the weather is good. Services are professional.

Every waiter is very kind, very enthusiastic and professional, and can meet any needs. The location is excellent, very close to the city center. It is also very convenient to take the subway to Juzizhou in Yuelu Mountain. There is a China Unicom shopping mall next to the hotel. With a tube station just downstairs, getting to visit the city is very convenient. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the small mall, a ”Cha Yan Yue Se” (popular tea shop) which doesn't require long to queue at all. Breakfast is super too, with a nice range of food. There's also a coffee machine in the room so we could grab a cup of coffee if needed. The staff is super friendly and helped with booking a spa trea**ent, some visits around the city. As the taxi driver that took us back to the hotel said, it is the best hotel in Changsha.

My family and I had a wonderful trip in Changsha. We ended up staying at Wanda Vista for a total of three days. The hotel was clean and the room was very quiet. The staff team was incredibly helpful. In addition, the hotel was located near many great restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful 5 star hotel overall, however my check in was a little hectic as I did not know I had to pay for deposit. Any way, the was truly amazing and clean, mind blowing view! I really enjoyed their vegetarian main dish! The room service was great as well and the sky lounge service wasn’t bad ! I am a big breakfast lover and I should say that the breakfast was up to the standard, maybe a little more intercontinental varieties may be added. Also, maybe the staffs could improve their English speaking skills, given it being a 5 star international hotel! Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Will definitely go again.

Environment: Behind the hotel is Meixi Lake, which is very convenient for free access. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the subway station, and you can get to the Meixi Lake Theater in a short ride. It is also quite close to Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area, Peach Blossom Spring Scenic Area and Orange Island Head. Facilities: Very new. Service: The room service is very attentive. I stayed for 5 nights. Cleaning staff came to the house every day, and the utensils were replaced in a timely manner. If you have any problems, calling the front desk can basically solve them. Food: There are not many large shopping malls within walking distance. They are all a little distance away. It is very convenient to order takeout.

On a business trip to Changsha, I chose Manxin of China International Finance Corporation. I believe Manxin is right. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is opposite China National Finance Corp. It is very close to Huangxing Pedestrian Street and it is very convenient to take a subway or taxi. The room is very smart and Xiaodu can serve everything. The service was also very attentive. Before departure, the housekeeper Xinxin added WeChat and gave some travel suggestions. He thoughtfully informed us about the weather conditions and nearby attractions. Before leaving, he also gave Changsha specialties as a small gift. Manxin is perfect in every aspect. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha.

suggest to allow the guest open window in a 10 centimeters length, as a new hotel strong smell is normal but take hotel maintenance prior to guest comfort is not right. There’s always a way to make both sides happy i.e. do not seal the window at the first half year of opening. In room dining is always a challenge to a new hotel but guest wouldn’t care when they received sloppy lasagna, over night taste fried rice and warm smoothie. Same level hotel room service in Europe and US are fresh and crispy, in China seems very straggle to make same standard.
