房間舒適大氣，每間房間都是普通酒店套房的大小，非常舒適。客廳還備有小廚房和設施，家庭親子出遊非常事宜。酒店還自帶有黑天鵝等水禽投喂，建在濕地的酒店自帶天然魚塘，可惜小朋友不喜歡釣魚，不然可以一試。酒店就在古鎮背面，去古鎮也很方便，晚上可以在房間陽台欣賞煙火，不一樣的視角，也不用去古鎮人擠人的看。

房間超級大，一個大客廳，兩個大房間，床説是兩米，估計也就1.8，兩個人夠睡。酒店環境超級好，是個濕地公園，空氣清新，有自帶蔬菜採摘園，可以垂釣，離太湖古鎮很近，步行五分鐘就能到達，總之非常方便。服務人員也都很熱情，管家林夕小姐姐有求必應，在國慶房源緊張的情況下還給我們延遲一小時退房。

房間硬件很棒，臨水是真的很近，國慶這幾天天氣也很涼爽，孩子很喜歡。去哪兒都有接駁車，解放自己。早餐品種有點少，建議增加點甜點，增加精緻感。吃完早餐有免費玉米給孩子喂天鵝，這點很棒，孩子很開心。服務也很好，管家小陽各方面做的都很好，我們孩子的手錶充電器丟房間裏了，還很貼心幫着郵寄，點贊👍 下次會帶着父母來住，父母喜歡釣魚應該會很喜歡。

設施：沒有設施，衹有一個小童遊樂場，也沒有休閑項目，房間隔音特別特別差，睡眠不好的人別來，隔壁和對面説話都聽得到，不知道有什麼理由稱得上度假酒店
衞生：住兩晚，沒有主動打掃房間，還是自己打電話要的水
環境：應該是這邊最貴的酒店了，房間不多，人也不多，能看到古鎮煙花，這個季節蚊子還很多
服務：住過國內度假酒店服務最差的酒店，沒有之一，幾乎沒有服務，住之前沒有人主動聯繫就算了，第一次見到別墅度假酒店水果點心下午茶都沒有，接駁車服務不幫拿行李，在車上刷手機，餐廳衹有套餐，很多預製菜，這個季節還有很多蚊子，可能也不做消殺，也沒有驅蚊的葯，蚊香，反正需要什麼都沒有
