Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Love this hotel with the relaxing atmosphere. Specially love to walk around the pond where we can see the swans and beautiful Chinese garden opposite. A lot of beautiful flowers along the hotel pathways.

Good room

I drove here with my family. When I arrived at night, I was shocked by the appearance of the hotel. The lights were bright and the Christmas tree was already decorated. It looked very nice. The overall decoration of the hotel was also very high-end. Sheraton is a hotel I have always liked. The day before check-in, the housekeeper Miss Zoe contacted me if I had any check-in needs. It was very considerate and helped me upgrade the room. It was great! This trip was very pleasant and the check-in experience was also very good!

The hotel service is very good. They upgraded our room for free. Zoe, the housekeeper, is very considerate. She gave us welcome fruits and prepared carrots for us to use when we go to the zoo the next day. I will stay here again when I come to Yancheng Zoo next time. The third picture shows that the child is so excited that he wants to eat every fruit. He eats like this. Hahaha

This is my third stay. The immersive room is free and the housekeeper is very considerate. Zoe is very warm and thoughtful. Whether it is the gifts or the food and drinks, they are all what we need. It was also convenient for the children to eat on the way back after playing. Half of the happiness of this Changzhou tour came from the fairy housekeeper~ Yes, the hotel is really close to the zoo, and it is also very convenient to go back and forth. The children liked the Animal Forest Room they stayed in this time. The room was clean and hygienic. There was a separate washing machine which was quite convenient. There was also a super large bathtub which was very comfortable to take a bath in. There were also toiletries specially prepared for the baby, which was very thoughtful. The housekeeper Zoe responded to every request and was timely and thoughtful. She prepared snacks, drinks and fruits for the baby, which was very attentive. The hotel also has parent-child activities and a small children's playground, which the children enjoyed very much. A very satisfying accommodation experience!

The room is not big, and the location is a little off-center. There is nothing to eat nearby. It is just close to the Wildlife Park and the Chunqiu Yancheng Amusement Park. The hotel facade looks old, but the service attitude is very good.
