第一天去的時候，正門不讓進去，我拖着行李箱繞了一圈才進去的。我明明是入住兩晚，等我第二天回酒店刷房卡的時候，沒有任何反應，害得我還要下樓去問前台，前台的工作人員説，她應該是不小心登記了一晚，這讓我懷疑貴酒店的水準和安全問題。
我早上出門沒有掛立即清掃的牌子，還是有人進去打掃了，並且動了我放在床上的衣服，我住任何的酒店，沒有掛立即打掃的牌子，清潔人員都不會隨便進入的。
我的屋子有一個門，我不清楚它是不是連通着隔壁的房間，我感覺沒有安全感，並且能聽見那個門把手轉動的聲音，酒店的窗户經常有振動聲，不知道怎麼出現的。
屋裡的設施有點老舊，需要摸索一下才能明白，為什麼開了空調鍵，空調吹一段時間會自動停下呢？屋裡的燈是黃色調的，不太亮，感覺屋裡陰沉沉的。
電梯不需要刷房卡就可以進去。

整體還行吧，因為裝修時間很早了，所以設施不是很新，不過整體位置可以，離吾悦廣場很近，也算安靜
