Perfect charming country hotel with refined decor in marvelous setting of Chantilly Chateau and stables. Always a welcome getaway with attentive service and excellent cuisine. Perfect relaxing stopover before or after a long haul flight in or out of CDG.

SCANDALEUX! J’ai réservé une table pour 13 personnes dans le cadre d’un dîner avec des collaborateurs très proches. J’ai opté pour le menu prestige, le plus coûteux des options proposées. La déception a commencé lorsque l’on m’a imposé de sélectionner les plats pour l’ensemble de la table, une semaine avant notre dîner du vendredi soir. J’ai demandé s’il serait possible de laisser le choix entre deux entrées, deux plats et deux desserts. Réponse : impossible… Décevant pour un restaurant de ce standing, qui affirme ne pas pouvoir garantir la qualité autrement. Soit… Le mercredi, à deux jours du repas, j’ai ajouté une personne à la réservation, mais j’ai malheureusement dû l’annuler la veille du dîner. Réponse : 100 % de frais d’annulation “car nous ne pourrons pas réutiliser les ingrédients commandés”. Après discussion avec le service commercial, on m’a “gentiment” expliqué que c’était non négociable. Étonnant… Décevant et peu commerçant. Rien à ajouter

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'Auberge du Jeu de Paume qui nous a merveilleusement bien accueillis et chouchoutés à l'occasion de notre séjour pour notre mariage ! De grands sourires, des attentions personnalisées tout du long de notre séjour, toute l'équipe a su mettre les petits plats dans les grands. La chambre était très agréable avec une jolie vue sur le parc du Château. La restauration est très bonne et le service attentionné. C'était top !

Nous avons passé un charmant séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé a notre arrivée. Le personnel est bienveillant, efficace et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et la literie est confortable. Je recommande pour un séjour en couple.

We absolutely loved our stay , a lovely walkable little town with a stunning castle , we came after Paris for a little down time . The staff went above and beyond in every way to make us feel welcome , especially as Americans . Special shoutout to Ramy the concierge , and Eduard the fabulous sommelier. We so enjoyed our delicious dinner in the brasserie the first night , we decided to splurge and sit at the chefs table at the gastronomy restaurant the 2nd night for a 7 course tasting menu and it was an evening we will never forget! Incredible food and wine . We also enjoyed the quiet and spacious room , the pool and the buffet breakfast . A terrific stay !! Highly recommended!

Parfait dans l’ensemble, j’aurais rajouté des prises usb près des tables de nuit, sinon le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, attentif et très sympathique, le concierge mérite tout à fait sa grande réputation, le voiturier est d’une efficacité remarquable.
Un bémol peut être concernant la jeune dame au cheveux bouclés du bar incapable de retenir une commande et très désagréable ( après être revenue demander 3* la commande en 1h nous avons perdu patience), mais je pense qu’elle était la temporairement …

Stayed for a week room 208, hotel is great for visiting the chateau. Food in both restaurants is very good. Rooms well appointed. However, there was no atmosphere/warmth created from when we checked in, we had difficulty getting taxis, restaurant reservation were difficult, no breakfast included, and very nosy every morning. Just not what I would expect from R&C hotel and at the price.
