El hotel está bien y tiene jardines y vistas muy bonitas. Las instalaciones están viejas pero bien. El problema fue el agua. El hotel solo cuenta con acceso a aguas termales y no hay otra opción. El agua termal huele a azufre entonces cuando te bañas, lavas las manos o dientes pues te toca aceptar el desagradable olor. Ademas de que no se puede cambiar la temperatura del agua. En los cuartos no hay ningún tipo de aire o ventilador y en tiempo de calor está horrible. El servicio bien.

Todo es muy cómodo en el hotel. Nunca se llena de tanta gente y el lugar es tan grande que no te topas con casi nadie. El precio para quienes tienen credencial UDG es muy accesible. El malecón está a 10 minutos a pie.

Friendly front desk staff, nice grounds. After check in the custafo stood at the gate cannt take your beer, food, snacks to your room. Must buy from him at inflated prices. Rooms from the 50’s and looked like it. Stayed one night as no refunds and got out of there. We are seniors traveling central Mexico and this place was by far the worst experience to date. DONT STAY THERE. It’s like a consentration camp.
