Camere molto sporche ed umide,avendone prenotate 3 presentavano ugualmente problemi. Lenzuola e materassi con macchie gialle, puzza di fumo ed insetti ovunque. Possibile presenza di cimici da letto causa prurito. I comodini presentavano ulteriori macchie e la doccia del bagno presentava sporcizia. inoltre lo scarico del wc non funzionava bene. In più c'era presenza di insetti sui muri, scarafaggi e blatte ed escrementi di topi. Senzatetto entravano e sostavano su scale e usufruivano dei bagni di servizio. Infine, colazione pessima e ascensore spoco. Reseptionista molto simpatica ma per il resto pessimo, non ci ritornerei più.

My experience at this place was horrendous. First and foremost, I drove around for approximately 30 minutes looking for Independence Inn and could not find it. My GPS keeps taking me to Best Western. It was after midnight and I was tired so I decided to enter the Best Western building it was then I learned Western purchased it. Upon entering the room the smell of cigarette astray greeted me. I was too tired so I got in the bed. I woke up early open the blinds and to my dismay I slept in a dump. The carpet dirty, ceiling falling down and appeared to be water damaged. Paint stripping off the wall. The chair was broken, the drapes had what appeared to be dog poop or nutella rubbed on it. Believe me I've never seen a hotel room in a condition such as this. This place needs to be closed down with plenty of work done to it. With that said, the place has the potential to be good if renovation is done and old furniture replace.

Check-in told us if the room was not to our satisfaction to let them know. When you open the door, there was an overwhelming smell of mold/ mildew. It was like they knew this already because what a bizarre coincidence. She then switched us to 112. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound that made it difficult to sleep. There is mold all over the bathroom. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. When I showered the hot water disappeared after about 2 minutes. One of the worst hotel stays of my life, I couldn't wait to leave.

I'm sure it was the worst experience in a Best Western, I was in room 106, a crazy man screaming in his room after 12 midnight, the noise of the air conditioning, turning it off and on, didn't let me sleep, the time The shower had a leak in the bathtub, there was water everywhere, there was no garbage chute to collect the waste from the room, when breakfast time arrived, there were 15 minutes left and the girl at the front desk told me that it was already It was closed, the truth is I think it was not the best option. After a 12 hour day of driving and I couldn't sleep
