Mon compagnon et moi avons aimé notre séjour dans ce Residhome qui est très bien placé pas loin du centre , la cathédrale et les restaurants. La propreté est irréprochable très important pour nous 😀. Le lit est confortable on y dort bien .le personnel est sympathique et nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la ville . Le monsieur qui était là au moment du check out était très sympa tique et professionnel , il nous a donné envie de revenir en nous parlant de la fête de la lumière qui va avoir lieu en février ou mars 2024 . Nous le remercions au passage ☺️
Nous le recommandons et séjournerons là bas sans hésitation si nous retournons à Chartres un jour .

J’y reviendrai
Cette résidence est parfaite si vous voulez passer un séjour agréable. Surtout ne pas oublier de réserver le parking intérieur mais il y en a un autre payant au bas de l’hôtel. Près du centre ville et de la cathédrale. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie impeccable, la petite cuisine est équipée, la salle de bain irréprochable. Nous sommes agréablement surpris de l’accueil. Le petit-déjeuner copieux je ne peux rien reprocher à cet établissement.

Undersold gem
This place is a jewel. Kitchenette, large bathroom, a terrace, snacks, and very high quality linens. Great gym, and a convenient laundry room. Organic breakfast. I will look for this chain when I go to France again.

Great place to stay
Clean, new, very comfy. Great location. Super city at night. Cathedral had free light show.
Staff friendly & helpful. Spoke excellent English.

Not air conditioned as advertised
No towels in our room- had to go to the front desk and ask- they knew we didn’t have towels but neglected to tell us!! Suite new, clean, comfortable. They advertised air conditioning BUT it was just a plug- in fan☹️- not the same thing. Bugs in light fixture needed cleaned
