Nice hotel with good service. The location is nice and near the American village. The view from the window is awesome.

Nice and comfy environment.

Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

Nice and quiet location near American Village. I was assigned a lower-floor harbour view room which looks over the carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment).

A boutique hotel very close to American Village! Not very big but very well equipped! Breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks are all free! Much more cost-effective than the Hilton next door!

It was our first trip with children, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, including providing bed guards and sterilizing baby bottles. Our room was on a high floor, on the 8th floor, so we could enjoy both the American Village and the harbor views! The beer and snacks available from 4pm were very satisfying.
