Great
GGuest UserBed was not clean. There was hair and food crumbs on the sheets! Front desk clerk was very nice and brought us some sheets. She said that she was the only one at the hotel so she couldn’t send anyone to change the sheets for us so we had to change our own bed!
Around 10pm after we had gone to bed, we started hearing someone running and jumping around in the room above us. We waited patiently for about an hour to see if they would settle down but finally had to call front desk and complain. Desk clerk said she would take care of it and after a few minutes the noise stopped. Didn’t get back to sleep until after midnight.
Ff1trillionAlthough the hotel is still quite new, the rooms already show a surprising amount of wear and tear. The cleanliness is okay. The location and breakfast were good. Only real minus was the parking situation. There's one lot for two hotels and definitely too few spots for all guests to find a spot. We had to park on the side of the lot in the driveway together with three other cars when we arrived in the night.
YYJYC0402It was awesome and great. I would definitely come back here again in the future. Breakfast was fine and delicious. The staff at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and warm.
22055156386The hotel is in a very good location, you can walk to the river, and the aquarium is just across the road. There are many restaurants around, and there are many choices. The hotel is not special, it is quite standard, and the room is relatively large.
HHONGIn the middle of the middle of the winter, a terrified fire alarm was reported twice, and two whole-floor broadcasts required to go downstairs, but the results were systematic errors. The worst thing is the alarm flash and alarm sound in the room. After the alarm was lifted, the hotel could not be closed. After changing the room, the flash was gone but the alarm sound was still there, until 5:30 in the morning. Seriously affect the child's interview the next day. After complaining with the hotel, the room rate has not been reduced by a penny
张张No breakfast, Starbucks on the first floor can be purchased early. The environment is very good, located in the center of the town, 8 minutes walk from the shopping center. There are many restaurants nearby, including Red Lobster, Steak House and Japanese cuisine.
HHanyiiBooked two rooms and stayed for one night with the family. The inn is located near the interstate and overlooked the mountain. Breakfast was very simple—pancakes, coffee, cereals. The pancake was very good. The rooms were clean in general but had a scent of an old room. Staff was friendly and checked in / out was fast. Breakfast could be better but overall it was good.
GGuest UserWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞
But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉
GGuest UserI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
