Hotel com excelente infraestrutura, sendo um 4 estrelas que facilmente passaria por 5. Quartos muito confortáveis sendo apenas negativo o facto de ter banheira. Garagem gratuita e com carregadores para carro elétrico gratuito. Excelente infraestrutura de spa, com uma piscina interior aquecida muito grande, bem como sauna e jacuzzi. Paisagem envolvente espetacular. Vale muito a pena a visita.

Hemos estado en el puente más concurrido de Agosto y aún así la atención, los servicios excelentes, super limpio, habitaciones grandes y muy completas, con cortesía todos los días de café, tés y agua, por no hablar de la cama muy cómoda. Desayuno buffet completo. Habitación muy bien insonorizada, el hotel estaba lleno de parejas con niños y no se oía nada estando en la habitación. El personal muy profesional con una atención exquisita. La piscina exterior preciosa, con un jardín muy cuidado y limpio, terraza con opción de snacks ininterrumpidamente hasta las 19h de la tarde, con servicio directo a la tumbona muy efectivos y rápidos. Piscina interior también muy grande y agradable, aunque siendo verano disfrutamos la exterior Al tener el ****** anexo tiene más ambiente de noche que cualquier otro hotel. Ha superado nuestras expectativas, volveremos seguro incluso en invierno para disfrutar del Spa

Está cada vez pior, má gerência. Sou cliente dos hotéis e ****** Solverde, e Chaves nunca mais, nem em passeio ou férias nem a jogar. Já na penúltima vez que lá estivemos o meu filho escreveu por aqui umas chamadas de atenção no intuito de ajudar a melhorar e nem uma resposta da direção, conheço a Solverde do Algarve a Espinho e Chaves e não estou habituado a esta distanciação e falta de diálogo com os clientes, já não se usa. Ou é vaidade, ou incompetência ou quem gere o Hotel ****** de Chaves está parado no tempo. Que pena pelo local e pelas instalações. Seria bom que o digníssimo Director, desta vez respondesse a crítica não lhe é abonatória mas não fuja ás suas obrigações.

fabuloso hotel, boa animação. Fui ver o concerto da Carolina Deslandes mais dois casai de amigos, e adoramos tudo, o espetáculo, o hotel o serviço a comida. Vamos voltar certamente para mais um fim de semana bem passado e assistir a bons concertos. Parabéns

Es la segunda visita que realizamos a este hotel y seguramente no será la última. Ubicado en las afueras de Chaves es ideal para pasar unos días de relax y si el tiempo lo permite y puedes disfrutar de la piscina exterior como fue nuestro caso el resultado es sobresaliente. Además el día de la salida al reservar la comida buffet del domingo nos ofrecieron una salida tardía hasta las 19h sin coste alguno.

Excellent conditions and comfort, important details that a hotel of this category requires were missing. 1. Toilet with hygiene tape placed without being properly cleaned. 2. I had a burger at the bar that gave me diarrhea the next day, I'm not 100% sure it was the burger, obviously, but I believe it was because I didn't eat any meat or fish that day. Other than that, everything was impeccable 👌
