O hotel é muito bonito e bem decorado, nota-se o cuidado com os detalhes e a limpeza, o pequeno-almoço é excelente, está muito bem localizado. Apreciamos muito o fato de ter carregador para carros elétricos e também bicicletas. A única coisa a apontar é o fato do ar condicionado ser controlado centralmente e não nos quartos.

Magnífica opción para alojarse en Chaves. Al lado del castillo y del casco histórico. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Tiene un spa pequeño, pero suficiente, con piscina, jacuzzi grande, sauna seca, sauna de vapor, zona de descanso. Notiene servicio de restaurante, sólo desayuno. Se aparca bien en las inmediaciones.

Atendimento, staff tudo excelente, simpático... pequeno almoço variado e delicioso, apenas o café não é bom, deviam trocar de café...
A parte do welness devia estar incluído no preço da suite, piscina, sauna não deviam cobrar.
De resto foi tudo muito bom.
