這家酒店從早餐到前台服務都挺好的，餐廳服務員熱情禮貌，菜品也有個別特色的小吃，前廳服務人員每次都會微笑熱情的打招呼。房間乾淨舒適，有智能語音系統，設備也較完善。

房間乾淨無異味，很暖和，緊靠河邊，可以聽到河水的聲音，很助眠。就是被子太厚了，蓋不住會被熱醒。早餐還可以，好像吃完了的也不會續，早去可以吃到更多的品種。

這是我出行這麼久以來，住的最舒服的酒店之一了！酒店真的非常非常不錯，第一次到察雅入住這家酒店，酒店是全屋小度智能控制，床墊是國慶這幾天睡的最舒服的一家酒店，枕頭也是很舒服的乳膠枕，出行期間能睡個好覺真的特別舒服！衞生間也是三分離，洗漱、衞生間、淋浴間互相不打擾！真的太人性化了！早餐也是非常豐富，煎蛋、水果、甜品、各種糕點、炒時蔬、牛奶、咖啡、強烈推薦現煮米粉，配料居然是辣子雞！能在藏區住到如此性價比的酒店真得非常少見，強烈推薦！
