I was treated very comfortably by the staff.
The service was very good and we had a great time.
It's located quite high up on the hill, and it's great that it's very close to the hill where you can see the night view.

E' un hotel molto carino all'esterno, con aree comuni davvero belle, ben curate, bella piscina e divani relax per riposare sotto tendono che offrono ombra e protezione, Peccato che la magia si perda nelle camere, arredate con una moquette blu che ricopre anche i comodini veramente terribile, Però letto e cuscini molto comodi, Ottima colazione

A bunch of thieves. I booked our room in May 2024 for August. When we arrived for checking on Aug 1st, they told us our reservation was cancelled because our credit card was invalid and they can’t do anything for us as the room was given away. Our credit card is still valid until this day. We drove for 5 hours from Fes to face this. A few days later I was checking my credit card account, I found that they charged us for the 2 nights. They are thieves and I want you to be careful with these guys as they seem crooks. I won’t trust them. Never going back there. This is what is destroying tourism in Morocco.

Dirty, small rooms, sewage smelly bathrooms, clogged shower drain, stained towel with holes. Mosquitos/flies everywhere. The moment the shower was on, the shower floor would start flooding. It was so Disgusting! We only stayed here because our travel agency (solo female traveler network - Sofe) booked us here as if it was a 4 star hotel. 😆

Beautiful hotel in the Blue City. It was conveniently located on the edge of the city. It was easy access for dropping luggage and accessing the city shopping. Room was small but nice with hot water. Breakfast was good. The staff spoke good English and had excellent restaurant recommendations.

Terrific hosts. Great coffee, nice roof top and easy access to chefchouen main plaza with a lovely wander thru the blue city. Yummy breakfast. Good value for $. Beware the morning call to prayer…lovely stay in chefchouen! Thank you Hotel Ziyrab!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely disastrous. After all the effort I put into arranging my wedding, I was shocked to discover that the room I had booked was given to someone else. I felt a great deal of disappointment and contempt towards the extensive preparations I had made. From the beginning, I received a feeble apology for the rain leakage in the room, but later it was acknowledged that the hotel had made a grave mistake. This is completely unacceptable and represents a blatant insult. Immediate and effective measures must be taken to ensure that such horrifying errors are not repeated. The hotel should work on better training its staff, ensuring that demeaning mistakes like this do not occur, and implementing effective actions. My experience here was truly terrible.

Very nice hotel. The location was good, the fan in the room worked which helped drown out the noise. Breakfast and service were quite good. No alcohol, so bring your own! Had a flat screen TV, outdoor seating. Very nice!
