前台服務很好，還給升房型了。朋友親戚來住這家酒店挺方便的，離火車站也近，酒店附近便利店，飯店，早餐，超市都有，還可以免費停車，非常推薦

房間特別好，入住還給換了更好的房間，居住體驗很好，酒店的住宿費用也不高，來承德出差，就這家沒錯，周邊有很多餐館。味道也不錯

鬧市中有小型停車場，離避暑山莊走路半小時，建議不要開車去，不方便，酒店三樓有烤鴨，吃一衹送一衹，味道不錯

衞生不是很好，洗漱用品也不放全，是服務員忘記了嗎？免費停車，離店時要交費，説明是住酒店的才放行。
