Bring the children to see the dragon boat race, the hotel is relatively close to the Nanhe. The front desk lady gave a breakfast coupon and recommended a nearby fish hot pot, which tasted good. On the Dragon Boat Festival, I arrived at the river less than 8:40 on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival. It was already crowded and underestimated everyone's enthusiasm. Let the children feel the lively atmosphere of the scene!

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the humanized design is reflected everywhere. The toilet light is a voice-controlled light. It will automatically turn on when you get up in the middle of the night. You don’t need to turn on the light in the dark. Electric curtains, there is a TV next to the bathtub, and you can also watch TV while taking a bath. There are welcome fruits and milk, small details slowly. The staff inside are very enthusiastic and responsive. The second time I came, the focus was on handmade, children's playground, and their own cinema. They are all new films synchronized with the yard line. It is best to bring children to kill time. I recommend everyone to play here for parents and children.

Hotel parking is very convenient, room facilities are very advanced, bathroom glass and toilet are smart, the room is clean, the room is large, very warm, very close to the airport, the hotel service is very good, the front desk service is very good, any problems can be dealt with in time, and fruit is also presented. The front desk lady is very good. I booked a room on Trip.com for 2 breakfasts. I saw that our family of three took the initiative to give a breakfast coupon. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, I can also eat. Parking is free, and it is very convenient to park on the ground and underground. You can enter and exit at any time. Before departure, you need to enter the license plate registration at the front desk system. It is about 500 meters away from the subway station. You can go directly to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road in the city center. It is worth noting that the hotel is an airport store. There is an airport store nearby that is easy to confuse. We made a mistake at the beginning. Fortunately, it is not far away.

SShenhai^_^danIt was a very pleasant accommodation experience. This time I brought Xiaobao to Chengdu and spent a lot of time choosing a hotel (see pictures and comments). Some comments said that the facilities of a 10-year-old hotel could not keep up. Later, considering that I was traveling with Xiaobao alone, I chose Diaoyutai (I thought at least the location was good). The first feeling after arriving at the hotel: quiet, clean, sanitary, and enthusiastic. Check-in was very fast. Xiao Wang at the front desk upgraded my room type for free, and provided private butler-style service. The room provided a Dyson hair dryer. I have a lot of long hair, and the hair dryers provided by other hotels are difficult to dry. Book a location in advance to watch Sichuan Opera (4 minutes walk from the hotel). Xiaobao likes to take a bath and play in the water. The cleaning lady also disinfected and laid a disposable bathtub film and then put the water in... There are too many things to say. Next time I go to Chengdu, I will stay in this hotel, which can save a lot of time.

GGuest UserThe environment, hardware, service, and meals are super good. The photo is completely inferior to the atmosphere of the scene. The whole two-day trip, from morning to night, the family is taken care of in every way. The activities are rich and leisurely suitable for parents and children, but it will not be like the noise of children everywhere in the parent-child hotel. Adults and children can be fully relaxed. Deep into nature, adults are healed, children feel the fun of nature. Meals: Even breakfast is a private dish, you must order dinner, and there is a late night gift. Service: It is like going to a friend's house to be a guest, from reception, check-in to leaving, and be taken care of. Hardware: Yuan can say that everything is ingenuity! It's slightly like the style of Six Senses and Menghualu, but it's deep in the bamboo sea and cannot be replicated. It's all built with heart, that is, it's completely integrated into nature and has hard hardware support. The stay experience is very comfortable. Environment: unique, I can say thank you for having such a beautiful small courtyard in such a quiet place ”sit alone in the secluded, surviving and independent!”

Location is great for panda park with its shuttle bus but obviously far from city sights and i don't think theres anything else around. WiFi didn't connect and I had to get access code from front desk. I had already prepaid but was asked to pay when I checked in, they quickly rectified their mistake and apologised, but strange. Room was clean and comfortable, I slept well. Light switches are quite badly labelled though, you just have to press them all and see which lights you want. I went to check the spa but there was nothing there, so information on that needs updating. Outdoor pool looks great for kids, indoor one was quite busy (aug). All in all a good stay.

I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). EEmmanuelThe location is perfect. Just a short walk in between 2 metro stations that allow you to connect into 2 Metro Lines. The service is great. Real 5 Star Service especially the Butler service that assist us easily via WeChat. The breakfast buffet is amazing with wide selection of local and western breakfast choice. Staffs are all great and friendly. The room size is huge with a very nice view over the city. Although the hotel is a bit old but we can see that the hotel is well maintained and the amenities they provide is of high quality. One of us got sick with an upset stomach and the Buttler assisted us so nicely and even provided us a meal with room service for the upset stomach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chengdu.

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

Good news for money savers haha The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++) Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀 I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂 I didn't take any pictures while check in , whatever larh I got take photos before check out for you guys refer :) Overall experience on this hostel was GREAT. Kodos for all staff on this hostel. 6.5/5 ratings🫰

SSoloWondersI’d say the hostel has a youth vibe and rooms with windows are spacious. Cleanliness could be improved big time as well the messiness in the hallways - apparently the hostel is being renovated so many debris can be spotted accumulated down the hall. Location close enough to the Temple and Monastery complex and to an amazing restaurant street with delicious Chengdu food. Make sure you buy water before coming in and select rooms with windows otherwise you may be assigned one that’s has none.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
